The reason why Bobby Lashley did the clean job and injury angle on RAW last night is that his shoulder is legitly bothering him. Lashley's shoulder has been bothering him lately and the company fears it may be serious. That's why they pulled him away from the potential program with Carlito
Jeff Hardy was not at TV last night and it not has been confirmed why he missed the show. His future in regards to SummerSlam and with the company in general is in doubt.
Longly speculated, Triple H is scheduled to make his much hyped return at the August 13th RAW/Saturday Night's Main Event taping in Madison Square Garden.

JEFF HARDY UPDATE FROM LAST NIGHT'S RAW
by Dave Scherer @ 5:17:37 PM on 7/31/2007
Even though I clearly said on my hotline today not to speculate as to why Jeff Hardy wasn't at Raw last night that didn't stop some sites from doing exactly that and "crediting" us with the "story". For the record, Hardy did not no-show last night. He gave WWE notice that he wouldn't be there.
We will report more on this story as we confirm it.

Dave Meltzer weighs in on both situations; from today's update:
--Bobby Lashley's shoulder injury, believe to be a torn rotator cuff, is legit. It's been hurting since before Wrestlemania and was aggravated over the weekend. TV was rewritten for the injury angle. He is seeing Dr. James Andrews either today or tomorrow and at that point a diagnosis and decision will be made. If he needs surgery, he would likely be out until January.
--Jeff Hardy was sent home by the promotion. We don't have any other details, but his program with Umaga was dropped and Umaga appears to be going face.
