Kinga Booker says now in order for him to stay he wants HHH status. Not sure if this is his way of pissing of the WWE or what cause from what I notice when a wrestlers head gets to big and greedy the end up working Indy shows. Well unless they marry the owners daughter but that options out.
Booker should go out with what dignity he has left run his hip hop store and make his return to the ring in TNA like the rest of the washed up or sell out WWE stars do.

HHH Status?
That guy is clearly dellusional. Still i hope he drops the King BOoker crap, he's become so annoying and boring to watch since taking that up. It might be better if they remove that Sharmell i mean i have no real problem with her being there, but she is just so annoying to listen to. During matches screaming, during promos KING BOOKER etc...
Anyway if he goes to TNA he will have HHH status though.

Hold on a minute guys. Booker T has twice been dropped by HHH and I don't mean jobbed. I'm betting he's not quite the main eventer he was since Hunter turned up again? He wants HHH treatment because he's been in the business way longer than Levesque and IMO, he deserves it. Especially after beating Batista silly twice  |

Regardless of whatever Booker T has done or once was, as he is now he's dull and hardly looking main event. His gimmick is shit and has been since he's been King Booker and I agree they need to get his ugly bitch off screen because she's not actually any help. He sucks...and it has nothing to do with HHH he's so bad.
Don't get me wrong, I like Booker but he's not really done anything to warrant a status like that, nor is he that over to pull it off anyway. I actually think it's time for him to either retire or move on elsewhere. King Booker has killed him.

Question, some say that he's boring and doesn't deserve it, but exactly what has 3H done, other than marry the boss's daughter, to get the status that he has. IMO thats the only reason he has that status Booka, is a great performer, the guy is 47 and looks like he's Mid-30s, he can still perform at a top level. The King Booker gimmick gave him more room to expand than his sucka gimmick. He's a 5 time WcW champion, US champion, Tag Team Champion, matter of fact he holds the record for Tag Team titles won, WWE World Champion, his credentials goes on and on, beside he's had great bouts with The Rock, Stone Cold, Undertaker, Angle, RVD, Benoit, Finlay, Matt Hardy, etc. Booker's head isn't big or greedy, cause he is actually financially set even if he does leave the WWE, his Texas promotion is going ok, and his clothing store is going great, he doesn't have to keep wrestling in order to make ends meat, plus I'm sure he's got a chunk in savins(at least I hope someone who makes millions of dollars a year does) Not to take anything away from 3H, but Bookers accomplishments are as equal as 3H's other than marrying the boss's daughter, and again I ask what has 3H done to deserve his status, that booker has?  |

The biggest difference is that HHH has a ring presence that Booker will never have. HHH enters that arena and you know about it and that's without him saying a word and before he got with Steph. Booker lacks that kind of charisma which is partly why he doesn't seem so over to me.

I agree with Ish and company on HHH... he is arms and legs above Booker in my eyes. That's not to say that Booker isnt the shit. He's awesome. But HHH just has "it" where Booker doesn't. Still I do hope to see him return in some way or form.

of course some wrestlers will have more of a ring presence than others, but that still doesn't dispute why Booker doesn't deserve the 3H status.
He was one of the center pieces of the Invasion, He made Smackdown Interesting, even with Undertaker on the show, he made Batista look good in the Ring, he put on a great match with Rey Mysterio. I was glad when he won the King of the Ring, he may actually be the Last one, cause from the looks of it, they don't seem to want to do that type of tournament again.
The ring presence you speak of, HHH didn't have until he came into the Main Event limelight, and that was after he began dating Steph(while it was still backstage, read about it in Chyna's book) 3H also was "to coin the phrase" In the right place at the Right time, he became Champ after HBK got injured, Stone Cold was Injured and Rock, was not at that point yet, but they needed someone, a fresh face to be in the Main Event, so he joined the Corporation, right when he joined is when it all came out about how he was dating Steph, and at first he didn't have the ring presence that you speak of.
It wasn't until he was full fledged Main Eventer, not to take anything away from 3H, he's a great great great performer, but so is Booker. Yes, he may be old, but the guy can go in and out of the ring. He may not have the "IT" fact that you say 3H has, but he's got something, and for that IMO he does deserve Elite Treatment if not the Undertaker/3H treatment, hell if they are giving Cena that kind of treatment, what you think Booker should have?

lol but he doesn't though, Rico. And whether people like it or not, Cena does actually have a presence. And HHH had his presence before he was with Steph ic or ooc for that matter, in fact HHH was ready to be main event well before it if you ask me. I'm sorry, Booker doesn't have the ability to draw the crowds like those men and he doesn't exactly push himself well as a main eventer either by having a lack of mic skills. If Smackdown had the roster it had 5 years ago, you really think they'd have entertained King Booker or a serious title shot? To me he was the upper midcard forced to main event because WWE lost too many in that division whether for leaving or injury. You know as well as anyone that being a great wrestler means fuck all in the WWE anyway...

so you are going simply on ring presence alone is why Booker doesn't deserve that kind of treatment, IMO thats not enough to dispute the question at hand.
Look at what Booker came from to where he is now, how many people do you know came from 15,16 years of being in the Tag Team division and able to sucessfully transform into a singles competitor. Booker may not have the ring presence that 3H has now, but he's certainly has a better ring presence than Cena, and some of the other top stars in the WWE like Batista, Umaga etc.
The King Booker gimmick at first was annoying, and still is In YOUR opinion, but in Mine, that gimmick expanded his territory, and he was able to do more with that gimmick than the one before it. And yes, if SD had the roster it had 5 years ago, yes Booker would still be as good then as he is now, he was just forced to team with Test and Goldust, his tandem with Goldust was better than with Test because Goldust brought comedy into it, where Test was just there.
Bookers feud with the Rock was good, it was good to see the two of them go at it in the ring. Booker would have had a great feud with Jericho back then, Christian as well. Booker also helped to elevate Cena in the US division, as well as with Benoit. The King Booker gimmick, draws heat, and an abundance of it as well. Making everyday people seem as if they are lower than he is, thats pure gold, how many other people do you think could pull off the gimmick as well as Booker.
I'd just wish they let him bring back his Harlem Hangover (flipping leg drop from the top rope) Move back to his moveset.

LOL, not everyone deserves it, but IMO Booker does. I stated earlier that 3H is a hell of a competitor, and he is great in the ring, but the discussion was about Booker and is he deserving of the same or somewhere around the same kind of treatment as 3H and in my mind Yes he is.
Now you would not give someone like Carlito, Matt and Jeff Hardy, MVP, Kennedy, and the rest of the roster with the expection of Taker, HBK and Flair, the same treatment, though I suspect that Kennedy and MVP will soon be up to the level where you can argue that they do deserve it, just not yet

Wow I stopped reading some of this stuff cause its turned into a bash HHH thread kinda.
Now some of you have misunderstood what I meant by HHH status.....Booker T is not complaining about his wrestling or ring status as he was a major player for Smackdown. Booker is wanting more status in the way of meetings and creative control. He wants to be a voice heard at the table when they talk angles and creative control on the shows.
Now back to the debate of HHH or King Booker......well if you had to take a piss real bad and the next two matches involved HHH and then Booker T which one would you use for a quick potty break.
Lemme break this down....
Booker T~~Pinky finger in the air, use of old school english words he pronounces wrong, nasty ole Sharmell, good ring talent, very boring on the mic.
HHH~~Awesome new T-shirt, that you can now purchase on WWE.com, shame less plugs, the mystery of what might come out of his mouth when a mic is in his hands, sledge hammer is less annoying then Sharmell, good ring talent, never know what he may do..IE..take out a tag team that helps save him from a beat down, will job to his father-in-law.
