Seano, I agree with you, the crowd has sucked the business end of the big one lately. They have been raised on Cena and resent being weaned off of him and onto people who know more than 5 moves. Cena knows only one actual hold (STF) and can't even apply that very well. Shows so much light it's laughable. Edge winning was cool, especially with the fake Edges. Genius. A lot of the other matches sucked nuts and I'll never understand why a women's title match is booked above a heavyweight title. Triple H pushing Jeff ( and I do believe he has a hand in it) was surprising and cool. I'll always be a Hardy mark, I don't care what gets said. I figure if Mysterio can get the top title, so can Jeff, who can't do much worse. Mysterio's reign was ruined by lack of clean wins over his opponents at the time, whereas Hardy gets those now. I say give him the chance and if it fails, it fails. As much as I like MVP, his match was crap! I HATE count out DQs, intentional or not. On the whole, I didn't like Armageddon. A couple matches were good, but that's it. I hope Rumble is better.

Hardy is an idiot lol. Besides, I'd think twice about booking the twat when he's known to no show or arrive late...could you imagine of he no showed a live PPV like Wrestlemania in the main event? LOL knobend...one who doesn't deserve a push...

Bit harsh. He knows what'll happen if he no shows now. Besides, they pushed Mysterio to the top and he's just gotten boring now. Hardy get more pops and his attitude has improved. Besides, better him than someone like ooohhh... Flair again? Batista? I dare you to disagree, I just effing bloody dare you

It might do their image good right about now actually. Now let me explain this before you piss yourself laughing at poor old me They need someone to push who isn't exactly a big guy to show that they don't just go for big steroid freaks. Ok, so Hardy's past may come into question, but he's clean now and the media is fixating on steroids in particular. Something Hardy hasn't taken and we know by looking at him. Make sense?

Ish you are being a bit harsh. I don't Hardy is quite ready to go, but the problem is they can either go with something new and fresh or the same old same old. WWE's biggest problem is that they haven't been grooming new stars. Part of it is their fault, but I think the biggest fault lies in the talent. I really haven't seen any star make a push for being the next big thing. It seems a lot of them these days just kind of drift into upper mid card and they stop trying to improve themselves. Carlito being a great example. I think Carlito, with the right desire could be a WWE champ in a couple of years, but for this whole entire year he has been nothing but boring and it wasn't the bookings team fault. You could tell in the ring he lost his desire to perform the best he could.
Hardy, both of them really, have both been spot on this year. Jeff continues to improve on the mic and he can have great matches with almost any type of worker. Granted, he is a little spot monkey, but I am willing to bet this will change as he moves farther up the ladder. His match with Triple H was really, in my opinion because he was forced to work a different kind of match that he was used to and it still proved to be a good, overall match.
I understand the concern about taking a gamble on a guy, who in the past, has showed up super later or not at all. However, two point about that. One, it is obviously in the past. People make mistakes. Two, all indications, now more than ever, show Hardy is caring and trying about the business more than ever. It might just be a PC comment, but Hardy ranked the match with HHH as the biggest in his career. He, just like everyone else, knew this was a make or break for him as he was being handed the biggest rub of his career. It is pretty obvious he has succeeded.

Yeah, but I'd like to see the gamble pay off. Another problem is WWE's limiting of moves. If he can add more to his repertoire, or even bring back some old moves he hasn't done since the attitude era, he'll be right where he needs to be

Carlito being boring...you're right it's not the Booking Teams fault.
it's not their fault that his promos are boring and shitty, it's not their fault that he can't put together any decent matches lately. The guy just simply doesn't have the desire to perform as he did when he first came, I don't know what happened, but his talent has diminished. And it's no one's fault but Carlito's

Yeh, he should take the time whenever he can to work out what he wants to do and if this is where he wants to be. When he has the answer, we'll see a change, I'm sure of it.

He has said he wants to be more of an edgy heel like he was during his first feud with Cena.
They should let Carlito just roll with it as I think he would do really well.

One of the biggest things going against them is the fact that all promos are now written word for word instead of letting wrestlers go out on a live mic. So now, instead of learning to stand on their own two feet, so to speak, they recite lines and if they were asked to come up with something on their own, they'd bomb. Scripting should have been limited because, well look back on some WWE promos. There's nothing in them anymore. Especially Carlito and Batista, so there's only so much a wrestler can do too. Yes, he should get his arse moving and pick up the pace in the ring, but creative needs to give out better written promos if their stars are to succeed on the stick, you know?
