Come on, there have been many less deserving people who have gotten the chance. Rey Mysterio anyone? I like Rey, but not as the top champ. Batista? We'll keep a certain "C" out of it just now, but you see what I'm getting at.

Apparently he actually has to tape his ankles before he goes out otherwise they'll snap.
That's usually a sign of painkiller addiction AND overworking a particular part of the body.
Not good!

But those names aren't suspended for the same thing that had gotten them released from the company once before as well...

Is that true? It sounds like a serious problem with the bones themselves, but you know what those sites can be like. Not trying to patronise you mate, but they've come away with some rather wild statements in the past

It was Jeff who said it

Ah fair enough then A sensible man would get medical attention for that, especially one who uses the ropes a lot during matches. Hopefully the suspension will give him the chance to get something done about that, since it sounds fucked up. Wonder what the problem could be?

not sure how fixable the problem(s) are....meaning the ankles and the addictions. He worked hard for his spot that he recieved, but he just fucked it up with this incident. Don't think he will be getting that kind of spot anytime soon....but if Mrrrrrrrrrrrr...........Kennedy... Kennedy....wins MITB then who knows, he was suspended last year for violation..

You would be forgiven for thinking Vince McMahon may be upset about Jeff Hardy's inability (once again) to follow the company's drug policy, but that apparently is not the case.
One source has claimed that McMahon has been waiting for an incident like this to happen and that suspension of one of the company's biggest stars puts WWE in a strong position if Congress or anyone else questions the company's drug testing policy.
Hardy is now destined to mid-card status for life, another source claims, with Vince McMahon not even willing to contemplate future creative plans for the former Intercontinental Champion at this time. The same source also claims that Hardy has cost himself a Spring run with the WWE Title.

and Vince's......
but remember, way back with the Kliq incident happened at MSG, 3H was also destined for mid-card status for the entierty of his career in the WWE, but then injuries forced him to the top....that and marrying the boss's daughter(lol...) so who know, maybe in about 8 years or so, he will be back in the top...
hell, who am I kidding, he will never be back getting the push that he recieved this past year, he can forget it...he truly fucked himself this time....

Absolutely. I just hope Matt doesn't suffer because of it. You know the old phrase "guiilt by association". Anyone here think Matt should be given a chance?

LOL Rico...how are you comparing Jeff to anyone from the Kliq...?
Matt's already been suffering for a long time in his career, what difference is it really gonna make now? Out of the two, it's Matt who is better fullstop to me as a wrestler, mic work, all of it. Though he really seems to lack charisma these days since the whole Amy Dumas thing.

Not only that, but the Johnny Ace thing too. I think it still leaves a bitter taste in his mouth. I think if given a chance, he could do well. I get the bad feeling they'll just overlook him for someone shite though.

I just don't see Matt as a WH champ........he's good on the mic, but when he returned I hated each time he would say that stupid "I will not die" catchphrase...
