The Wyldsyde team theme tune, ‘Bring Her Down (GZW Instrumental Mix)’ by Rob Zombie blasts over the PA with a virtual Guy Fawkes Day of pyro! Mrs. M appeared on the zerotron to a cheer from the crowd! Lapping it up, the old lady waved enthusiastically! Closely following her was El Gambit, who got something less of a warm reaction. Finally, ‘Jaguar’ Jackie Lee joins them, and he gets a few more cheers than El G. All three headed down to the ring, Mrs. M and Jackie hitting low fives; El G generally jeering at the fans.

On the zerotron screen, as the delicate, yet menacing, quiet build up start of the new Wyldsyde theme ‘Gunboat’ by Vixtrola plays, various close up shots of GZW Superstar’s with serious looks on their faces: Kid Kaos, Symon, Shane Ryder, Adam Cage, Billy Bond, Justin Sharp, Eclipse, Robert Turner, both Renegades, Nathan Williams, Magic, Zac Sharp, Maxx Pain, Paul Spartan.

The beat kicks in, and various superstars hit finishers and high impact moves. Nathan Williams (as T-Rex) hits Extinction on Magic. Shane Ryder hits Full Effect on Maxx Pain. El Gambit performs a moonsault while holding a steel chair onto Celestia L'Yark. David Miller hits Renegation on Slicky Gel. Justin Sharp hits the Hydra on Maxx Pain. Jackie Lee hits his Running Powerslam on Albert Wuchie. Eric Douglas hits a huge knock out punch on Mr. Suave. Maxx Pain hits a Career Ender on Billy Bond. Victor XTC synchs in his Gambit Lock on Santiago DeTouwce as he screams out that he gives up. Hades hits a dragonrana on Angelfire. Monarch hits Imperial Impalement on Maxx Pain. Finally, the fateful fall of Spartan and Zac Sharp in the Highway to Hell match from Fallout: Destination Unknown is shown.

As the theme tune continued to play, crazy pyro blasted around the arena to announce GZW's Wednesday Night Wyldsyde!

Before the show started, Angel Profit-Williams appeared on the zerotron with an announcement. She stated that the booking committee, having booked Derek Ashton for a shot at the Intercontinental Title has overlooked the fact that he was in Japan in a tournament for the UJW Super-Heavyweight title. As such, a new challenger had to be found. Angel said that, as Ashton was currently in a bitter rivalry with Billy Bond and considering his history with Justin Sharp, she could think of no better alternative but to make Billy Bond do double duty on Wyldsyde! Angel informed the crowd that she had put him in the main event to replace Derek Ashton in the Intercontinental title match! The crowd cheered for the decision, and El Gambit suggested that Bond had bribed Angel with sexual favours!



El G starts blithering about NX, when suddenly, the crowd erupts in cheers as the young face of Zachary Sharp appears on the Titan-tron. Dressed in his ring gear and standing in front of a Fallout: Civil War promotional poster the young GZW fan favourite begins to speak.

"I'll never ever get tired of hearing that reaction from the crowd. And I'll admit that a year ago I never once dreamed I'd be at where I am today. Already a Two-Time GZW World Heavyweight Champion. Recognized everywhere I go by almost everyone. Having kids run up to me on the streets here in San Juan asking to arm wrestle me!"

Zac smiles as only he can with his baby boy grin.

"It's amazing... But tonight I get just another chance to mark up myself in the glory of Ground Zero Wrestling 2K1. Another step towards another piece of GZW gold which I want to hold. The GZW2K1 United States Heavyweight Championship used to the GZW2K1 Extreme Championship... a championship that Billy Bond himself carried. I've said it on many occasions that I will not stop, will not relent until I finally run out of "Smooths" shadow, finally banish the "Upset" that has followed me like an unwanted shadow all these months. The United States Heavyweight Championship seems a dman good place to start! A Championship that has many great Championship already... from Pimp Bizkit to Eclipse, each may have had their moments in the crowds dislike or thier moments of doubt but in the end they have left a lasting mark on the gold that all men in this tournament fight over. And I wish to further the legacy of this Championship. But first I have to get through the remaining men in this tournament... three more matches. The first of which being right here tonight against Keston.. we've had our exchange of words, Andrews. Not to the ammount of Nathan and Maxx mind you but I think we both agree that "your a liar" and "biatch" cna only be used soo many times before people just don't give a damn."

Zac gives a little smirk at his pun towards Nathan and Maxx's long.. long exchange of words.

"Whether you beat me tonight or not is not my business... I'm here to entertain. I'm here to continue to make my mark on RoH status within GZW2K1. I'm not gonna spend my fed moments before this match trying to pick out little "wrongs" in whatever speech you give about me... I'm here to win Keston, and win is exactly what I plan to do!"

The crowd begins to cheer as zac disappears from the cameras view but pops back up seconds later.

"By the way.... I'm Ready!"

Zac flashes a little smile before disappearing again as the scene fades with the crowds loud cheers for the young man with growing popularity.



Backstage, two members of Pure Chaos, "GZW Bully" Enon and Wade "Steppenwolf" Donovan, sat in their locker room minutes before their match against "Smooth Operator" Billy Bond and "Lil' Devil" Hades. Both of the New Xperience stablemates were hyped and ready to tear into two of GZW2K1's more established good guys.

Upon leaving their locker room heading for the ring, PC was stopped by young Jeff the Interviewer. The inquisitive young man tried to drill the two with questions concerning future single showdowns with Sean and Hades Fiery. Enon made it a point to purposely not mention Magic saying, "that little punk better hope we never step into the ring!" Enon instead kept his focus on the Smooth Operator and "showing him what he showed his squire Derek Ashton last year" when Ashton was doing promotional work for GZW in UJW. Of course alot of profanity was sprinkled into Enon's rant.

Donovan was more eloquent in his tirade against Hades. Steppenwolf never once berated and talked down about Hades but instead implored the Lil' Devil "to show me what GZW saw as a top ace". Steppenwolf said he was awaiting the day the "two COULD really go at it with the Light-Heavweight Championship on the line BUT until one of them defeated Adam Cage the match wouldn't be as hot".

Both wrestlers agreed that Bond and Hades were going to "Xperience The Chaos" by the time their match was over before Enon forcibly pushed Jeff out of the way.

MATCH RESULTS

Maxx Pain comes out on the ramp area to a mixture of boos and cheers. El G complained about his unscheduled appearance saying it was making him wait for Hades and Bond’s beating of a lifetime! Maxx begins to walk down to the ring, and slides under the ropes and immediately begins to speak. Maxx talks about his up coming match with Nathan Williams stating that this is the battle of the two biggest men in the Gzw right now, the clash of the titans, and Maxx says that the only difference between Rex and himself is that Maxx has the talent, and Rex never had anything at all. Maxx makes fun of Rex about how Nathan has never had any talent for wrestling or cutting promos, and then tells him to get some new material because as of late the only thing that Nathan has been saying is how he is going to do this and how he is going to do that, Maxx then states that he is going to talk the talk, and then walk the walk, walk right over Nathan Williams ass. Maxx closes by saying that Rex better be on his "A" game because Maxx is going to make Rex his BITCH, Maxx then exits the ring via over the top rope, and exits to the back.

Tag Team Match - Pure Chaos V ‘Smooth Operator’ Billy Bond & Hades
El G raved about ‘his boys’ as Steppenwolf started for the NX tag team against Hades. The two lightweights exchanged hiptosses, and then Hades’ sunset flip attempt was countered into a pinning combination for a long two! Bond came into the ring, and as he was admonished by the ref, Enon illegally entered and started the beatdown on Hades. A nasty powerbomb gained a two count and a cradle piledriver gained another. Pure Chaos made quick tags allowing effective double teaming, as a helpless Billy Bond could only look on in anguish. A desperate Hades tried to kick Enon, but the monstrous NX member caught his leg. However, the graceful Hades nailed him across the back of the head with a beautiful inseguri! With both men down, both Bond and Steppenwolf encouraged their partners, and both made tags at the same time! Bond cleared house with clotheslines, scoop slams and then hit Steppenwolf with a Smooth Roll! He looked to be going for the Smooth Operation, but upon seeing Enon approaching, Bond nailed him with a Smooth Step superkick! Bond pulled up Steppenwolf and dropped him with a Smooth Bomb! Meanwhile, having recovered a little, Hades leapt off the top rope to hit a dragonrana on Enon to stop him from breaking the count. However, Enon caught him and powerbombed him onto Bond to break the count! Enon grabbed Bond and Hades and attempted to bang their head together, but they blocked it and hit tandem dropkicks on him! Hades tossed Enon out of the ring, and Bond went after Steppenwolf. However, a missed right hand from Bond ended up being countered into a pinning German suplex for a long two! Steppenwolf appeared to be going for a Tiger Driver, but Bond countered it into a back body drop. Bond played to the crowd and hit a ropewalk elbowdrop straight into a pin. Outside the ring Enon having nailed Hades with a powerbomb, broke up the count with an elbow off the top! He then quickly and efficiently pulled up Bond and hit him with his None finisher illegally! The ref admonished him severely, but Enon quickly rolled out the ring, and Steppenwolf rolled up the Smooth One to gain the somewhat tarnished victory! Mrs. M said that despite being pinned, Bond had been on fire before he got screwed, and looked to be ready for his Intercontinental title shot later in the evening. Meanwhile El G got out of his seat and blatently nailed Hades with his cosh as the Lil Devil tried to get to his feet. Enon and Steppenwolf started to lay in the boots to Bond. However, the NX members fled upon hearing “I am number one!” and Nathan and Jimmy Williams and James Tanner running out for the save. All three and Bond quickly went to Hades, and the Lil Devil had to be helped up the aisle.

The lights around the arena faded to black as "Number One" by Nelly hit the speakers. The "Champion of the People" Nathan Williams made his way down the ramp as the fans got to there feet cheering the former two time GZW Heavyweight Champion. He climbed into the ring and quickly called for a mic as the music faded out.

Nathan started by congratulating XTC on winning the Contest of Champions. He said that you get it how you can get it and how he would have done the same thing during that match.

He then went on to speak about his opponent Maxx Pain. He stated that for weeks now Maxx had been talking the same trash but had yet to prove any points to warrent him as a major threat to any title except maybe the women's title if it still existed.

He then stated that is Maxx was so big of a threat then why was he looked upon by everyone in the back as a two bit jobber who couldn't handle himself in a ring muchless handle himself as a REAL champion.

As the crowd continued to chant "Williams! Williams! Williams!" Nathan smiled and told Maxx that tonight he would give him a free lesson in what it meant to be a wrestler in this business but that after he whipped his ass and taught him his first lesson in life that he would have to pay for the second lesson with his career. He then told Maxx to worried about the big "Payoff".

Nelly hit the speakers again as Nathan threw the mic down and exited the ring. The fans went wild as the ‘Champion of the People’ headed through the crowd to the back!

Diamond Sledge goes to the ring he has with him a pint of beer, and noticeably stumbles there, Mrs M wonders why Diamond has turned to beer, El G laughs at him and Jackie moans about wasted talent. Diamond asks the fans "Where's the toilet?" causing laughter, Diamond just shrugs it off and goes backstage, leaving everyone wondering if that was that real!

US Title Tournament Quarter Final Match - Zachary Sharp V Keston 'Cornflake' Andrews
El G rejoined the commentary table half-way through the match having missed Zac and Keston lay into each at the beginning in a confrontation more like a street fight than a wrestling match. Finally, Zac settled down a little and hoisted Keston over with a fireman’s carry into an armbar. Zac pulled up the Renegade, and whipped him into the turnbuckles. Zac went for another Irish whip to the opposite corner, but Keston reversed. Keston steamed in, but Zac quickly took advatage of by tossing him over the top rope and ring post! The two men brawled outside the ring for a while smashing each other into ringsteps and protective barriers. Finally, Zac rolled Keston back in the ring and hit a flying cross body from the top rope to get a long two. Keston fought back though, and nailed Zac with a brainbuster! Keston hammered away at Zac, but a boot to the gut and an evenflow DDT gained Zac the advantage but only a two count much to the shock of the commentators and crowd! A frustrated Zac scoop slammed Keston to keep his momentum whilst thinking what to do next. Zac then picked him up and dropped him with a horrible Tiger Driver, but Keston even kicked out of that! Zac set up Keston for the Sharpness, but Keston countered into a DDT variation of his own! Keston maintained his advantage with a spinebuster and a running elbowdrop, but once again, his cover only gained him a two count. Zac countered an Irish whip with a spectacular moonsault off the middle rope onto a standing opponent and got a very long two count for it! Zac once again looked for Sharpness, but Keston countered into a crucifix pin for a two count. As Zac got up, Keston nailed him with a running clothesline. Keston quickly went for the Keston Bomb but Zac countered into a hurancanrana pinning combination that put away the stunned Keston! As Zac lef the ring, Keston was visibly angry with himself for getting caught in a counter. El G stated that he was ‘mierda’ and should stick at Tag Team Wrestling.

A promo comes on over the zerotron screen: Locker room full of hockey players suiting up, lacing up their boots. They go down the ramp to the playing surface. One player steps onto the ice… Suddenly, he gets run over by a zamboni machine. Blood flies and splatters onto the other players. They all nonchalantly laugh. Player: “He should have looked both ways before crossing like his mommy told him!” Announcer: “Tired of boring ‘regular’ ice hockey? Check out the only XTREME Hockey League in town, the XHL!” Scene cuts to a player running away from a rabid man-eating polar bear.

Backstage a woman goes up to the bar in the backstage guest bar area, she gets the attention of Diamond who is sat on a bar stool. She asks for an autograph, Diamond just smiles, and buries is head between the woman’s breasts, the woman is appalled, and slaps Diamond, who is knocked off his stool, and is left laughing to himself in a curled up ball. Mrs. M was visibly upset at Diamond’s problems.

US Title Tournament Quarter Final Match - 'Career Killer' Maxx Pain V 'Champion of the People' Nathan Williams
As the two near seven foot men faced off in the ring, Mrs. M commented that she would only come up to the waist of both of them. El G made a crude joke, but that’s too racey for a magazine article…The match started with both men brawling, it was Maxx who gained the advantage with a low blow kick. The ref seriously admonished him, but it was ignored and Maxx hit a gutwrench powerbomb for a long two count. Nathan gained the advantage with a reversal of a whip to the turnbuckles that he followed up with a running clothesline that rocked the ring. Maxx kickout out at two though. The match continued, and Nathan locked on a figure four leglock that Maxx got out of by grabbing the bottom rope. Maxx hit a huge clothesline on Nathan as they both got up. This was quickly followed by a Mafia kick from Maxx. Maxx hit a Chaos Bomb on Nathan, but the ref’s hand only went down for two! Maxx, obviously frustrated leapt upon Nathan for a blatant choke and only let go after the ref pulled him off! As Maxx argues with the ref, Nathan schoolboyed him but let go himself after a two count. Much to the delight of the crowd, Williams showed Maxx the finger and Maxx was infuriated. Maxx charged at Nathan who hit him with a drop tow hold onto the bottom rope. As Maxx gagged, Nathan hoisted him up and hit hit with a stun gun onto the top rope! Finally, after an Irish whip, he locked on a sleeper. Jackie Lee commented that it was sound strategy hitting the throat before a sleeper. Maxx however ran backwards and unceremoniously broke the hold by slamming Nathan into the buckles. However, Nathan stunned everyone (particularly Maxx) by countering straight away into a Diamond Dust! Nathan covered him and claimed the victory as Mrs. M marvelled at the agility of a man nearly three foot taller than her. She couldn’t believe a man that size could hit a 360 flipping stunner! As Nathan left the ring, Maxx got slowly to his feet and you could almost see enamel coming off as the big man ground his teeth so hard!

Vampira was caught backstage by Weston Bentley and he asked her why she was back in GZW and what her intentions were. However, Vampira ignored his questions and said what she wanted to say! She stated that she had made both Billy Bond and ASantiago DeTouwce cry for telling it like it is, and she would do the same to any other wrestler on the roster that she pleased. She also stated that Date Xavier was fit and so were his mysterious twin friends... she then suggested a foursome! Before Weston could say anything else she cocked her head and walked away!

Light-Heavyweight Title Match - Adam Cage (c) V Robert Turner
Cage and Turner showed the fans why the light-heavyweight division can be so exiting by putting on a truly spectacular show of high flying manouvres and counters. Finally, Turner got the advantage with a good old fashioned clothesline. The pace was quick and the momentum changed quickly from man to man, but ultimately it was a Nova from Adam Cage that won the match and retained the belt.
WINNER BY PINFALL: Adam Cage

The camera panned around the arena, and Mrs. M commented on the famous people in attendance. In the front row with their manager Adam Marx were the controversial Drum and Bass band 'Bad Rep'! In one of the executive boxes were none other than football player David Reckham, his wife Talentless Evil Slut Spice and their child Back of a Robin Reliant in Bilston!

MAIN EVENT - Intercontinental Title Match
Justin Sharp (c) V ‘Smooth Operator’ Billy Bond
Unusually, it was the champion that headed to the ring first. Justin paid no attention to the huge cheer as ‘Smooth Operator’ by Sade hit the zerotron. However, no Billy Bond appeared and the music died down. Justin looked perplexed, and El Gambit speculated that Bond had chickened out.

‘Smooth Operator’ hit again, but again, no Billy Bond. Suddenly, the zerotron shows a brutal scene backstage. Billy Bond, face down through a pallet and bleeding profusely is shown, obviously knocked out and assaulted! Stood nearby, laughing and punching a set of brass knuckles into his fist is none other than UWA superstar, Seven! Mrs. M accused Seven of trying to start an UWA invasion GZW. In the ring, Justin Sharp was furious, and called for a microphone.

Justin bellowed at Seven saying that he’d cost him his shot at the Golden Boy, and that he was damned well going to defend his Intercontinental Title on Wyldsyde! He challenged Seven to take him on! A look of shock, and then a look of realisation hit Seven’s face and he bolted. Moments later, the UWA employee was charging down the aisle, and sliding into the ring!

MAIN EVENT - Intercontinental Title Match
Justin Sharp (c) V Seven
Seven slid under the ropes to receive a booting from Justin. Justin relentlessly attacked the UWA star, and finally pulled him up to drop him with a DDT for a long two count. Mrs. M asked if this match was official, and what would happen if Seven won! El G said it would be a disgrace to GZW if someone who wasn’t an employee won their Intercontinental title! Jackie Lee speculated that if the match was unsanctioned, the belt wouldn’t change hands. Despite his smaller build, Sharp continued to dominate Seven hitting a missile dropkick and then a swinging neckbreaker. Justin climbed the top rope again and went for a cross body, but Seven caught the IC champ by the throat and unceremoniously dumped him with a huge chokeslam. However, the pin attempt only got a one count! Justin countered an Irish whip with a flying forearm and hit a springboard flipping moonsault for a two count. A mistake by Justin ended up in him getting a big boot to the face, and Seven called for the Redemption! However, as he went to pick up Justin, the GZW IC champ hooked him up and rolled him into a small package that gained the pinfall! Justin leapt up to celebrate his win, and Seven couldn’t believe he’d been outwitted. However, Seven reached into his tights, and pulled out his brass knuckles. Seven viciously assaulted Justin from behind, and punched the back of his head with the knuckles! Seven mounted Justin, with the intention of beating him further, but from the back, both wielding steel chairs, come Zac Sharp and Billy Bond! Billy with a crude bandage on his bloody head. Both men run to the ring, and Seven exits quickly, running through the crowd. Billy and Zac help up Justin, who shoves them away ungratefully and heads up the ramp as his music plays and the show fades.
