It is being reported that United Japan Wrestling SuperHeavyweight Champion Kandi Fortune-Corbin was admitted to a local hospital in Athens, Georgia late Saturday night. Sources have said that Fortune-Corbin had suffered from severe dehydration and fatigue. Fortune-Corbin is set to have her first defense of UJW's top title in Japan on January 4th against Hiroyoshi Nakanishi.
There has been no word or official confirmation from the Corbin or Fortune family or GroundZero Wrestling 2K1 at this time.
