Reports coming out of the Command Suite of GroundZero Wrestling 2K1 are that a major shake up of the Executive Committee is forthcoming as early as the end of the week. With the scheduled Anniversary Armageddon 2009 pay-per-view two weeks behind schedule, GZW2K1 minority stockholder John Profit, Ground Zero Global Chairman Cedric Southern, and GroundZero Enterprises Chief Executive Officer Logan Corzair have called an emergency meeting in San Antonio, Texas the annual site of the yearly pay-per-view. It is unsure if Seth Richards and Angel Profit-Williams position as President and Vice-President, respectively, are in jeopardy.
There has been no official word yet on the opponent for World Heavyweight Champion Eva Hikari. There have been heavy rumors that Hong Kong Wrestling Federation World Heavyweight Champion Mychael Lord is a heavy favorite as Hikari first defense of the GZW2K1 World Heavyweight Championship.
