It has been reported that Blake Dyhart, on behalf of Ring of Honor Icon Lord of the Coliseum Sean "Magic" Fiery and his company Desert Storm Industries would be filing suit against GZW2K1 for breach of contract for the way GZW2K1 severed ties with Desert Storm Industries. Here are the details of the case.
* Both Blake Dyhart and DSI were paid $80,000 a year to train developmental talent for GZW2K1, and provide a TV outlet, which Desert Storm did provide.
* There are several claims of bullying by trainers of GZW2K1 on developmental talents, to the point that DSI were required to begin filming the training sessions by GZW2K1.
* There was low morale due to injures during training, much less than the counterpart at the time, Insane Gods of Wrestling.
* GZW2K1 was not happy that Desert Storm signed a TV deal with Cox Cable Company on their own, because GZW2K1 didn't want their developmental product seen on a wide scale basis.
* Dyhart claims to have set up several events at Cardinal's Stadium for The American Cancer Society and M.A.A.D.A. for the summer of 2007, with GZW2K1 talent set to appear on those events.
* Days before the events, GZW2K1 arrived (4.18.07) at the Desert Storm facilities to announce that the relationship between GZW2K1 and DSI was finished. The first Cardinal's Stadium show was set for 4.22.07.
* Dyhart states that the deal between Desert Storm and GZW2K1 required 90-days notice before severing the deal. He also claims that GZW2K1 made every effort to make sure that he did not know about the end of the deal or that they were coming. The claim also says that GZW2K1 plans were to remove all personal and computer information without Desert Storm staff there.
* On 4.18.07 GZW2K1 arrived and removed wrestling rings, seating, computer hardware, software, and information belonging to DSI.
* DSI talent were transferred to other developmental systems and told not to have any further dealings with Dyhart or anyone from Desert Storm Industries.
* Dyhart is claiming losses of nearly $400,000 due to having to cancel all of the summer bookings, as well as emotional distress. He claims that GZW2K1 intended to cause damages to Desert Storm.
* Finally, the lawsuits requests that both Dyhart and Desert Storm Industries as a company recover the damages from the breach of contract by GZW2K1, as well as any punitive damages that a jury may rule in favor of.
