Well anytime you're held in contempt Yes u do have to serve jail time. Unless he returns the photos and pays what he owes, then he will serve jail time up to 90 days.

- Universal Studios employees have been trying to crack down on fans using cellphones at TNA tapings, to prevent spoilers from leaking out. Universal has threatened fans with a ban from the Universal Studios property if they believe the fan may be texting spoilers to websites. TNA sources indicate that the whole idea is something being done by Universal and not TNA.
