Back in the Creation days, pre-Globalverse, Bane was the employee and Chris Cairns was the boss. Then, the two men became tag team partners. Following that, as the in-ring career of Chris Cairns began to wind down, he assisted Bane in a managerial role.
This working relationship lasted until early 2005, where both men then split to go their own separate ways; Bane in singles competition, and Cairns dedicating more time to backstage duties, as well as his HotWire Magazine column.
Now, six years later, rumours are circulating that the twosome - who have remained close friends - are set to rekindle their on-air business partnership, with Cairns once again coming in to manage the former HKWF World Heavyweight Champion.
The Command Suite are reportedly set to turn Bane heel - a role in which he has struggled to get 'over' with in the past, most recently in Summer 2009 - and see Cairns as the necessary mouthpiece.
The turn is expected even as soon as mid-September.
