"Well, let us dig right into the meat of the subject---the return of The Phoenix. What has made arguably the greatest female Globalstar return to active duty after such a long layoff?"
"Contrary to popular belief I haven't returned in order to reclaim any past glories...I'm not suffering any mid-life crisis as thought by Davina Cameron...and I'm not looking to add anything else to my legacy. No, Paul, the reason why I've returned is simply because I wanted to...I have the time now with Dylan away at military school and the twins are three years old...they no longer require the around the clock supervision. I have ALWAYS loved this sport called wrestling....it's all I have ever known...it's in my blood and nothing and no one will ever change that."
"You mentioned Davina Cameron. Since your return it seems that forces have pushed the two of you into direct conflict with each other. Can you tell me your true thoughts about the mother of your oldest granddaughter?"
"Honestly I think Davina is a great assest to GZW2K1....she has proven that she is beyond capable of holding her own and is even a former World Heavyweight Champion...that in itself says alot about the woman."
"So that would be your thoughts if you were still an executive within GZW2K1. What I'm looking for are your thoughts upon her as a fellow competitor?"
"It is what it is, Paul...I mean the woman is a leech and that is actually quite disrespectful of me to leeches....Davina is a lowdown conniving sort that stoops to any level to win....far be it for me to knock that as I had my time when I was considered the bad guy....the difference being I grew from those times...I matured and came to respect the sport for it's purity. Davina may be a woman in body but she still is still a little girl in mind....I only pray that she evolves."
"This may be too personal and you don't have to answer but what is the current relationship between your stepson, Lord Leon Corbin, and Davina? Has Lord Corbin left his wife, Lady Eva Hikari and his children? There have been some heavy rumors concerning their activity with one another over the past few months."
"I really have no idea what is actually going on, Paul...what these children do today I try not to meddle in....I've let it be known I am here for moral support and to be an ear if needed to listen to a vent but other than that I really try to still clear of any marital issues involving any of my children."
"Fair enough. Moving back to wrestling, Kate Green Gilispie. What is the attraction that both you and Lady Hikari have for this young woman?
"You make it sound so lurid, Paul...hehee. Both Eva and I see the young woman...the newcomer to the sport...in Kate and remember what it was like...it's hard breaking into this sport...doubly hard as a female. Kate has the clear advantage as she bypassed many of the trails and tribulations that someone new would have to face since her husband is an established Globalstar of GZW2K1...while that might be a plus its also is a disadvantage. So basically we just want to give Kate the proper guidance."
"Shouldn't she and couldn't she receive this 'proper guidance' from her husband, Kolic?"
"Yes she should and yes she has but the problem that stems from that is Kolic can only give her the training from a male's perspective...and while it can be said that her competition will be mostly other men it still must be confronted from a female's perspective. Who better to get training from than not only myself and Eva but Trouble Trax Head Trainer Tonya Glory? That is three former World Champions that are women....that possess a vast wealth of wrestling knowledge...so it is no disrespect to Kolic but Kate could be far worse having the mentors she currently have."

"Here we go with this..."
"So you already know where I'm going. Many are comparing Cross to that of another promising youngster that went on to do great things in GZW2K1; that youngster being Ring of Honor Icon Zachary Sharp. Now with the pairing of the two of you together those comparisons are that much stronger now. What are your thoughts on that entire thing?"
"I don't think it's fair to compare the two at all, Paul...Zac is one man and Alex is another....it's true that Zac was an extraordinary wrestler that faced seemingly insurmountable odds time and time again...he was embroiled in some of the greatest fueds in GZW2K1 history against Icon Paul Spartan and Icon James Corbin respectively....goodness at some times it was at the same time...Zac has deservedly earned his spot in GZW2K1 lore. Now Alex is just coming into his own...he just defeated my Kindred Project stablemate and brother-in-law, Mongrel...his career is truly just now beginning....I'm sure Alex feels that the comparisons are flattering but will also tell you that he wants to be judged as his own man...as Alex Cross...not as another man...not as Zac Sharp."
"And to squash any rumors before they are hatched....no Alex and I are not seeing each other romantically....our relationship is strictly professionally...has he been to my home...yes....has he met my family...yes...my husband...yes...but this won't be a repeat of the Zac/Kandi/Monarch love triangle from years gone by...trust me on that."
"GLORY has been producing phenomenal numbers since your company, CrownFirebird Productions, became principle co-owners four or five years ago. Congratulations on that."

"It's like I stated at the top of the show....it's in me to wrestle, Paul....though I might be a brilliant executive...I'm a far better wrestler. CrownFirebird is in a good place right now....with GLORY maintaining the way that it has...we have many other things in the development stage this year that we have been excited about getting started...having me around fulltime would only put me in the way...heheee..."
