Surveillance video has surfaced of former GroundZero Wrestling 2K1 Globalstar Tommy Casper choking out a passenger on a lightrail en route to Narita International Airport.
Nippon Television Network released footage of Casper getting up from his seat to apply a rear naked choke to a passenger who was described as drunk, unruly, threatening, and disruptive to other passengers.
According to the report, the passenger, who is identified as Levin Blair, lost consciousness in the chokehold and also lost control of his bladder. Casper and another passenger are then shown kicking Blair out of the lightrail at the next stop. The final piece of footage shows Blair sitting up on the platform in a dazed state.
When police arrived at the scene nine minutes after passengers hit the emergency buttons, they found Blair uncooperative. However, because they thought he was a victim and not an instigator, they let him go. When police later caught up with other passengers at the airport, they decided not to press charges against Blair.
