A tall figure sat with his back to the camera, the only thing separating him from the camera was the high back executive black leather chair he was sitting in. His harsh voice could be heard talking on the phone though the words being spoken were hard to make out. The chair spun around finally allowing the camera to see who sat hidden by the high back chair, though his face was still relatively unknown. The man was older than most in the wrestling business, probably more than fifty years old. The thinning hair and the gray beard spoke of a man that had probably seen it all and was still around to talk about it to whoever would listen. His attire was simple considering the plush office setting, dressed in khaki slacks and a black polo shirt.
"You're sure this is the route to go?" Was the first lines spoken that could be completely understood by the older gentleman. He removed the glasses that covered his face and placed them on the table in front of him. "Are you even sure he's willing to go along with this? A lot has changed since I spoke to him last." He grabbed the glasses and put the end of one of the arms in his mouth as he listened to the voice on the other end.
"Listen, I'll make the calls and feel him out. If he's still interested then I say we go with it. I've got a few other people I can reach out to and I think we can make this work." He tries to continue but the voice on the other end attempts to drown him out making him pause for a moment to listen before jumping back in. "If we're doing this we do it my way. I pick the talent no questions asked. You can help me along the way but my decisions are final at the end of the day. Can you agree to that?" A smile came across his face as he nodded in agreement. "I'll make the call then. Talk to you soon."
Without another word spoken the phone was placed on the receiver and the chair spun back around. "Mr. Strong before I go home for the evening is their anything else I can do for you? The soft feminine voice could be heard coming from off camera. Though she couldn't be seen it was obvious from her voice that she was probably in her twenties and much younger than the man in the chair. With a smile he turned the chair back around to face the young lady. "Get me Mr. Cross on the phone, I'd like to talk business with him." Without another word spoken the scene faded out.
