Smooth Operator
Billy Bond
Large, loud and proud, the Smooth Operator logo comes onto the TV screen. It fades out to reveal a man in a tuxedo smirking, lowering a pair of oval sunglasses with square lenses, and raising an eyebrow... it's Smooth! It's Smooth Operator, Billy Bond!
However, the long flowing blond locks and goatee are gone, to be replaced with designer stubble, and short, spikey hair! If it's possible, the man looks even more handsome than he did previously!
Smooth:
"It's been a while people, but I'm back! I'm back, and it's gonna be smooth!"
Taking off the sunglasses, and finally lowering the infamous eyebrow, Smooth smiles a smile that shows the relief of two months away from GZW. It is pretty damned obvious that he's happy to be back... and from the crowd reaction to him on MNM, they seem pretty happy to. The camera pans back to show Smooth's old dressing room, done up to the way it used to be! The chaise longe is back, and it is this to which Smooth heads. Lying back on the chaise, Smooth smiles and addresses the camera again.
8) Smooth:
"You know, it's been a while since I said this but... the name's Bond, Billy Bond, and I've got something to say!"
Possibly an overindulgence, but hey, he's been away a while, he does the eyebrow and smirk again! However, once it fades, Smooth looks pretty intense.
Smooth:
"While I was in exile, some things have changed around here, changed for the worst! Hell, according to that chump John Profit, I'm still 'terminated'... but Jonny, what are you gonna do to stop the Smooth One? I wanna be here, so I'm gonna be here! Try and stop me chump! Meanwhile, Troublesome you're an idiot with no friends! You turn your back on a different set of people every week! However, you were right about one thing: I won't ever trust you! I didn't come back for you, or Maxx Pain, I came back because of my hatred for Bad Influence... heh! Looks like I made an impression!"
Smooth lies back, sighs with pleasure, and then looks indolently back at the camera.
Deacon:
"Deacon... now is the time for you to worry! The Smooth One is back, and has a vendetta and a half against you! What are you going to do? Every corner you turn, I'll be there! Every move you make, I'll be there! Every opponent you face, I'll be there... and guess what! I'm going to make your life hell! You and Profit fear me! This is why your chicken shit boss is refusing to reinstate me... you both know I am the only man that can beat you! If Profit is ever business minded enough to reinstate me, it's gonna be smooth when I take that title from your oversized waist Deacon, and you know it! As for you Maxx Pain, you FAILED to protect my friend Basildon from that prick Troublesome. I know you want what I want too. I'm happy to leave you alone, b you'd better just keep out of my way! Don't do anything stupid Maxx, otherwise it's your career that'll be on the line and it'll be smooth!"
Smooth sits up, and leans forward.
Smooth:
"So what next for Billy Bond? Well we'll just have to wait and see, but you all know that whatever it's gonna be... it's gonna be smooth!"
With a final eyebrow and smirk, the scene fades.
