A workout

[Nathan "T-Rex" Williams]

[glow=blue,2,300]*The scene opens up inside the GZW Clinic.  T-Rex is lieing down on a bench doing leg curls with his right knee.  His eyes are closed as he hums to the music coming from his headphones.  The sweat is pooring off of his face as he grimmises with every rep.  His face turns extremely red as he tries to pull the weights up again.  He opens his eyes and see's Albert Wuchie pushing down on the weights with a cheesy smile on his face.*[/glow]

[shadow=teal,left,300]Albert: Wud up homie dog?[/shadow]

[shadow=red,left,300]T-Rex: What the fuck do you think your doing?[/shadow]

[shadow=teal,left,300]Albert: I helping you out.  I giving you more of a workout.[/shadow]

[shadow=red,left,300]T-Rex: I come here to get back in shape hoping for piece and quiet and what do I get?  Heartache from the GZW's second rate reporter.[/shadow]

[shadow=teal,left,300]Albert: Who you call second rate?  I'm number one, just like in that Nelly song.[/shadow]

[glow=blue,2,300]*Albert begins to sing as T-Rex covers his ears and lets out a loud roar.  Everyone stops as looks as Albert continues to sing as if nothing had happened.*[/glow]

[shadow=teal,left,300]Albert: *off key* I am number one, no matter how you like here take it sit down and write it...[/shadow]

[shadow=red,left,300]T-Rex: What the hell do you want Albert?  I'm kinda busy here.[/shadow]

[shadow=teal,left,300]Albert: I wanted to get your thoughts on loss this past Friday and how you feeling.[/shadow]

[shadow=red,left,300]T-Rex: Well first off I was jipped plain and simple.  Deacon Kane and the Monarch butterfly decided to come down to the ring and screw both Magic and I over once again.  Now it seems that they won't be around for awhile because of some stupid HKWF tour.  Well screw that.  Deacon just know that I'll be waiting for you.  When you decide to come back I will be the first man to welcome you back properly.[/shadow]

[shadow=teal,left,300]Albert: Coolio ;D.  Now how are you feeling after having your behind handed to you by Deacon.[/shadow]

[shadow=red,left,300]T-Rex: To be honest I'm not 100%.  Of course when was the last time I was 100%?  My ribs have been injured further and I twisted my right knee as well.  Also I have a minor concussion but nothing major.  I'll be back in the ring in no time.[/shadow]

[shadow=teal,left,300]Albert: Well this Friday you are involved in a tag team gauntlet match with Magic.  Are you ready?[/shadow]

[shadow=red,left,300]T-Rex: Magic and I go way back.  I know I can trust him and he knows he can trust me.  So this Friday when he and I team up once again we will be victorious.  Nobody in that tourney can stand a chance against us fairly.[/shadow]

[glow=blue,2,300]*A young lady walks into the building wearing a white nurses outfit that clings to her perfectly shaped body.  Her long blond hair swings back and forth as she walks over to T-Rex and Albert.*[/glow]

[shadow=pink,left,300]Nurse: The doctor is waiting for you in his office.  He needs to see you about something.[/shadow]

[shadow=red,left,300]T-Rex: Aight tell him I'll be there directly.[/shadow]

[glow=blue,2,300]*The young lady walks off as Albert stands with his mouth wide open.  T-Rex looks back over at him and closes his mouth.  Albert shakes his head as he looks back at Rex.*[/glow]

[shadow=teal,left,300]Albert: Who was that?[/shadow]

[shadow=red,left,300]T-Rex: *walking off* That my friend is my nurse.[/shadow]

[shadow=teal,left,300]Albert: Damn....[/shadow]

[glow=blue,2,300]*The scene fades as T-Rex makes his way into another room.*[/glow]
