I may be "Unfit," but you'll still feel the heat!

Firefly and Wuchie are together in the GZW training facility, both are stood infront of martial arts kick bags. <THUD>  Firefly delivers a high roundhouse and keeps his leg in the air. <THUD> He hits a medium height roundhouse, and keeps his leg in the air. <THUD> He hits a low roundhouse. Wuchie copies... and does it perfectly!

FF:
"Excellent Alburt! Soon it'll be you teaching me Kung Wuchie!"

Alburt grins happily. Firefly leads him to one of the training rings.

FF:
"Okay Alburt... you learnt the vertical suplex last week, right?"

Alburt nods, but then an idea comes to him.

;D Alburt:
"Wait moment! How about we film training session and I interview you as it happen?"

FF:
"Um... Okay... I suppose so."

Alburt rushes off to one of the cameramen, and drags him over. The cameraman sets up, and Alburt gets into the ring. The cameraman counts them in.

FF:
"Okay Alburt... you learnt the vertical suplex last week, right?"

Alburt nods vigourously.

FF:
"Well today, I'm going to show you the counters to it."

;D Wuchie:
"Excellent... but tell me Firefly, what are your thoughts seeing as you're not been cleared to wrestle by GZW doctors?"

FF:
"Well, I'm fit to wrestle. I know it, you know it, the GZW physio knows it, and John Profit knows it... but 'somehow' I haven't been cleared. This smells fishier than a fish market! So basically, I can't wrestle official matches. But that isn't just what the Firefly is about! The Firefly is about fairplay enforcement! I can damn well do that! You saw on Manslaughter, when I helped Maxx Pain! You saw on Travesty when I helped out the Peacekeepers! The Firefly is back, and so is Fairplay Enforcement! ... set me up for a suplex Alburt!"

Alburt sets up FF for a suplex, but FF does the counter where you hook your leg inside theirs. Alburt tries again, but FF hooks his leg inside Alburts again. Then FF reverses it hitting Wuchie with a vertical suplex. Wuchie gets up.

FF:
"A very simple counter Alburt, but effective. By hooking your leg around your opponents, you effect their balance. They cannot pull you up because to do so would be to take out the leg on which 50% of their bodyweight is upon. It is an impossiblity to pull you up without losing their own balance."

Alburt rubs his back, but still grins.

;D Alburt:
"Fascinating... but tell me, what are your thoughts on last weeks match in which you aided the Peacekeepers? What are your thoughts on the light-heavyweight gauntlet?"

FF:
"Well Kool and Mooncat are close personal friends of mine. Meanwhile, Diamond, Gideon and Nathanial Davies are all men who I greatly respect. I couldn't stand by and let the HKWF faction do what they were doing in that match! Meanwhile, hats off to the Ice Man who managed to defend the belt in all that chaos! Anywhere where there is cheating, or a lack of fairplay, the Firefly, whether declared fit or not, will be there! ... Alburt, set me up for a suplex again."

Alburt sets up FF for a vertical suplex again, but FF floats over. Alburt spins around and FF is waiting there for him in a martial arts stance... then he smiles at his student.

FF:
"A different counter, but just as effective. Once the opponent turns around, you'll be ready for them to hit them with your martial arts... OR a reverse DDT while their back is still turned is effective too!"

;D Alburt:
"Fascinating... but tell me what are your immediate plans in GZW?"

FF:
"Well, I've said it before, but I'll say it again. I am the Fairplay Enforcer, and anyone plainning to interfere in matches, be prepared to feel the heat... of the Firefly!"

FF and Alburt continue to train, as the scene fades.
