Mrs. M's Special Recipes...Hot Diced PorkNotes from Mrs. MThis is a particularly flavoursome Anhui dish. Pork is used a lot in Oriental cookery, and this is one of my favourites. This one isn't for those who 'don't like it too spicy'. Ingredients150g pork fillet 50g fresh chillies 50g green soybeand 50g diced mushrooms cooking wine ginger black pepper Chinese spices Method:1) Dice the pork fillet, add cooking wine, ginger, pepper and Chinese spices, stir-fry in heated oil and remove. 2) Leave a little oil in the wok, put in the chillies and saute until the flavor comes out, drop in the diced pork, soybeans and mushrooms, toss, thicken with cornstarch solution. Plaigerised from: <br>http://www.chinavista.com/culture/cuisine/recipes.html OOC: <LOL> I actually found one that I might try and make... this one looks relatively simple.
