Senior Referee Richard Dark- Caucasian man in his mid 50s.Started off his career in wrestling as striving manager in Southern Wrestling Alliance.Not finding much luck in managing took a job as a referee.Stayed with SWA until it closed it's doors and was absorbed into the Extreme Wrestling Order/GroundZero Wrestling 2K1.Has a strong sense of justice and will stand up to most wrestlers that break the rules.That reason alone makes him one of the most upright officials in the GZW.
Patricia Albertson- African American female in her late 30s.Was a former announcer on the indy circuit.Feeling stalled in a career as a play by play announcer sought a job as a referee.She broke new ground as the first female referee in to make it into mainstream wrestling once she signed with Extreme World Order/GroundZero Wrestling 2K1.Was actively recruited into the company by Tate "Troublesome" Edmonson.Seeking to oust Richad Dark from his Senior position.
Paulie Newman- Caucasian man in early 30s.Former wrestler on the indy circuit who never made it past lowcard status.Has a knack to always seem to be out of reach for the count or to have his head turned.Will let the action go on regardless of the circumstances for the enjoyment of the fans and his own perverse enjoyment.

Donald Fey- African American man in his late 20s.Has a passion for the sport.Took the job in order to get his feet wet.Dreams of competing in the ring one day as a professional wrestler.Is very active with any aspect of the company.If there is help needed,know that "Donnie" will be there.
Sonny Bright-Caucasian man in his early 20s.An avid fitness fanatic always seen at the Trouble Trax (GZW's official gym).Took the job in order to supplement his income in order that he get through college.Once he graduates plans to go into sports medicine.
