[History]
A former officer of the law in his native Germany, Kahn was forced to resign from his post after allegations were made against him. What were these allegations? The media was never to know. Anyway, in 1996 Kahn found himself training to be a boxer. By 2002, he was doing quite well until he got disqualified in the semi-final of a regional tournament for powerbombing his opponent out of the boxing ring and to the floor. By mere chance, Chris "Uncle" Cairns was enjoying a holiday in Munich at the time, and news reached him of this rebellious outcast. Impressed, Cairns took Moral to the UK and employed him as a member of Creation's security team. Kahn climbed up the ranks until finally becoming Creation's head of security and general law enforcer. When Creation folded, Kahn vanished for two years - only now emerging as the new "Law Enforcer" for P.A.G. in the pressure-group's war against GZW.
[Personality]
Robotic, to say the most. Think RoboCop, actually. But in all fairness, Kahn really does believe he is the good guy. He thinks he is doing the fans a favour. He seems to think GZW Superstars will feel safer with him patrolling the backstage area. Unless challenged, Kahn will not be provoked. And despite thinking himself as the good guy, he still exibits quite a lot of stereotypical German arrogance.
[Tactics]
He's not a cheater, until it comes to using his boxing experience. He doesn't seem to think there is anything wrong with him using his boxing skills for large periods of the match, but it can get on the nerves of referees, announcers and fans. Kahn is actually quite reluctant to fight, only doing his opponent any serious damage if he is really provoked. "P.A.G." members will often follow him to the ring, and can cause all kinds of chaos.
[Entrance]
Jeers instantly fill the arena as the chanting of "P.A.G." repeats itself over and over again on the loudspeakers. Along with a small band of four P.A.G. members, Cop Kahn Moral appears on the entrance ramp, looking out to the jeering crowd with a face of stone, before walking down to the ring. The protesters wait on the outside as Kahn rolls into the ring and stands proud in the middle, eyes emotionless.
[Catchphrase]
"I am ze law! I am ze order! I am Cop Kahn Moral!"
