- Make of this what you will, but Bubba the Love Sponge stated yesterday on his radio show that he heard through Kurt Angle and Hulk Hogan that Dixie Carter plans to go all out to try and sign Hulk Hogan on as a booker and wrestler. Keep in mind that Hogan has used TNA in the past to get himself a better deal with WWE, and is probably just doing that again.
-With the departure of Paul Heyman, the new head of ECW creative is David Lagana. Lagana was the former head writer for Smackdown, and was moved to ECW before it re-launched. Many felt that this was a way for WWE to have a backup in case something like this week's situation with Heyman occurred.
-WWE is working on a series of commercials called "Celebrities like Raw." The goal is to get some celebrities to say they enjoy the show in an effort to make it seem cool again.
-WWE dominated the Billboard charts again in regards to DVDs. TNA also makes an appearance in the top 10:
