After remarks about Angle in the lastest Smackdown! magazine, WWE have listed Angle's release as the 4th best thing of 2006. WWE.com writes about how WWE granted Angle an early release because his body was too tired, but then stick it to him in the last sentence:
He thanked WWE, its Chairman, and the fans for their support, then reiterated that it was time to rest and spend time with his family. The rest period and quality family time lasted less than three weeks.
