The Pro Wrestling Torch is reporting that according to observers within WWE, Shawn Michaels appears to be very long overdue for some time off from the road. New reports have suggested that WWE's grueling schedule have finally caught up to Michaels physically, with long overseas flights being tough on his lower back.
Michaels does not take any pain pills, so while he isn't masking any type of injuries he might have at this time, he also isn't having any pain free days at the same time either. What makes things worse for Michaels is that Triple H's quadricep injury puts added pressure on him to remain on the road with the company as WWE is very short on top acts with solid in-ring experience at this time. There is still no definite word on what's going to happen with D-X, or Michaels long-term wise in WWE while HHH is out.

The last time he was there, he ended a his run with DX....maybe it's the curse of the Bambino or something lol.
But HBK, if he can't deal with the Pain, which he has been doing since the first time he semi-retired, maybe he should think of fully retireing. He's going to go into the Hall of Fame, but I just hope he doesn't put as much pressure on his body to where he can't fully function once he does walk away.

I have to agree with Alex...they need HBK a lot and surely HHH can cut promos soon, he doesn't have to be wrestling to keep DX alive...be nice to see him backstage after Rated RKO think they've rid themselves of him.

HHH should be brought back in a Commish type role... still with DX. If they end DX I will be fucking pissed. It's the only reason along with Edge/Orton that I watch Raw.

When Kurt Angle and Steve Austen were injured, they did some of their best work. Who will ever forget Kurt's tiny cowboy hat?! lol
Trippers and Shawn can do the same - all they need is a couple of protegies.

If they aren't going to push Michaels into WM's main event with Cena then the man deserves tuime off. I just think that right now that Cena needs someone who can get him over and that man is HBK. Don't get me wrong, Michaels deserves the title and should win it, but if Cena was to ever get over beating HHH and then HBK is just about the only way to go.

I don't think Cena needs any more putting over...not being funny, but I'd probably get all primadonna about it if I was HBK...I do not like the way Cena is being forced down people's throats to become tomorrow's legend...nasty.

now that you mention it, Raw would really suck if HBK was taken off tv. if he was to go that would leave them with Cena, Umaga and Khali.....terrible threesome.
They should push the young stars up. Thats what they normally would do when a top star went out, they'd just bring up another one. Carlito, Benjamin, Nitro all three have the ability to become top stars so why not use this time to move them up, orrrrrrrrrrrrrr move Kennedy to Raw and have him take the title from Cena.
