New Heel Stable
Source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter
There are plans to form a new heel stable soon in TNA Wrestling. The current plan is to put Christian Cage, AJ Styles, Scott Steiner and Tyson Tomko together.
With AJ Styles' recent heel turn and Scott Steiner returning to TNA next month as Christian Cage's enforcer for his match against Kurt Angle, the steps are already being taken to align the foursome.
Christian Cage will fill the "Ric Flair" role as the star, AJ Styles as the pure athelete, Tyson Tomko as the powerful bigman and Scott Steiner serving as the veteran and another enforcer.
Babyfaces like Samoa Joe, Kurt Angle and Christopher Daniels will have their hands full with this faction, whose top priority will be keeping the NWA Title on Christian Cage.
Joe's Push
According to reports, there is talk that Samoa Joe is in for a major push in the next few weeks. So, it looks like things could get rolling for Joe starting with the Against All Odds PPV this Sunday and the TV tapings that follow it. Given the recent information about his departure from Ring of Honor, this news shouldn't come as a big surprise and looks to be the reason why TNA never fully took Joe to the top during his stay with the company.

The following is scheduled for this Monday's "This Is TNA" special that will air at 9PM ET on SpikeTV.
- From Slammiversary 2006: Jeff Jarrett vs. Abyss vs. Scott Steiner vs. Ron Killings in an NWA Title King of the Mountain Match
- From Bound for Glory 2006: AJ Styles & Christopher Daniels vs. LAX in an NWA Tag Team Titles Six Sides of Steel Cage Match
- From Bound for Glory 2006: Jeff Jarrett vs. Sting for the NWA Title w/ Special Enforcer Kurt Angle
Plus two other matches and a countdown of TNA's greatest moments.
Kurt Angle, Sting, Christian Cage, Jeff Jarrett, Abyss, AJ Styles, Christopher Daniels, Samoa Joe and Chris Sabin are all being advertised for the special.
- TNA issued a notice to all its wrestlers last week that all media appearances now have to be cleared by them. This is the same policy WWE has. TNA seems to have added this policy as the result of a recent Kip James interview where he said he would jump back to WWE in a second if they offered him as much money as TNA pays him. WWE does not allow its talent to deal with much of the "wrestling media" and even wrestler interviews with the mainstream media are heavily monitored and censored.
-The TNA Sacrifice PPV will be held on Sunday 5/13.
-Nashville is the likely location for the next PPV outside of Orlando.
-TNA will air an Against All Odds PPV hype special at Midnight on Saturday.
Here is the current TNA Against All Odds Card: -Christy Hemme vs. To Be Announced -Petey Williams & Gail Kim vs. James Storm & Ms. Tennessee -Lance Hoyt w/ David Eckstein vs. Dale Torborg w/ AJ Pierzynski -PRISON YARD BRAWL - Abyss w/James Mitchell vs. Sting -TNA X-DIVISION TITLE MATCH: Chris Sabin © vs. Jerry Lynn -"LITTLE ITALY" MATCH: LAX (Homicide y Hernandez) © vs. Team 3D -NWA TITLE MATCH: Christian Cage © w/Tomko vs. Kurt Angle - SPECIAL ENFORCER Samoa Joe
