FORMER WWE STAR BACKSTAGE AT TNA TAPING, EXPECTED TO DEBUT TONIGHT

Former WWE Intercontinental and Tag Team champion Rikishi/Fatu is backstage at the ongoing TNA tapings. There had been some talk awhile back that the company was interested in him, so I wouldn't be shocked to see him debut tonight, possibly in an angle related to Samoa Joe. Since WWE owns the copyright on the "Rikishi" persona, there would most likely be a name change as well.

Dropping the Rikishi thing wouldn't be a bad move. It was ridiculous at best. Poor dancing and stink faces...you gotta pity the guy

I honestly don't think it'll be a Joe/Kishi feud...it'll most likely be some kind of relation/alliance type deal...would only make sense to me...

y can't they just be kept seperate.....Joe doesn't really need any alliances, but in Wrestling most if not all samoans end up involved with each other some how

The only time i liked Rikishi was during the Too Cool days, but other than that he was nothing but a mid card comedy act. At least Umaga was slightly more serious and was pushed as a dominate force, Rikishi was just made a laughin stock really. And TNA signing him? Useless imo, just hope they don't go ahead and re-sign Waltman/X-Pac and Scott Hall... |

They really misused Rikishi, and it's sad. They shoulda let him use the Rikishi Driver more... Aka, Fire-Thunder Driver. Such a sick move. Plus, get rid of the Stink Face... It was fine with Too Cool while it lasted, but good god...
I'd love to see him do somethin with Joe, though. He might be able to build up some better credit.

The one thing i don't want to see in the near future if Rikishi is long term, is Scotty 2 Hotty and Grand Master Sexy turning up in TNA to reform a version of Too Cool. As both are available fre agents...  lol Still the Rikishi driver was one cool move. |
