TNA will crown their first Women's Champion at the Bound For Glory pay-per-view on 10/14. What with Impact's additional hour, expect to see a bigger emphasis on the women's division. You should also expect to see some more women's wrestlers from the indy circuit be brought in to the company to help fill the division out. The division currently consists of Gail Kim, Christy Hemme, Ms. Brooks, Jackie Moore, and Roxy Laveaux.
Bound For Glory is scheduled to feature both a Monster's Ball match and an Ultimate X match.
The name of the new TNA backstage announcer is Crystal Louthan. She is 26 years old and from the Orlando area. She is a model and has appeared in numerous advertisements and commercials, and was once a boxing ring girl on HBO. She has also worked with the NBA's Orlando Magic. She was crowned "Miss Jeannie 2005" in an "I Dream of Jeannie" look-a-like contest. Regarding the other female backstage announcer, Leticia Cline, she's still with the company, but possibly on the "endangered species" list because TNA is high on Louthan's work thus far. Leticia is currently taking a leave of absence due to some outside projects she's involved with.
