- John Morrison sat out 28 days as part of his 30-day suspension. He worked the 9/1 show, and then returned at the 9/29 house show in Peoria.
- Prior to returning to Raw this week, Shawn Michaels was telling friends that he was burned out on the road, and enjoying life at home. He also said he'd only return with a limited schedule.
- Former Spirit Squad member Johnny Jeter is heading to ECW as a regular.
- Speaking of ECW regulars, Elijah Burke missed the Springfield, IL house show because he drove to Springfield, MO. Oops. As a result, Burke was not paid for his no show.

Now if anything warranted a "you fucked up", it was Elijah Burke's little mistake.
That said, he's not the first one to do it, and probably won't be the last

- Raw head writer Brian Gewirtz is in favor of Rey Mysterio being moved to the Raw roster.
- WWE hall of famer Roddy Piper was overheard talking about Cyber Sunday at the G.I. Joe convention and apparently mentioned that he didn't want to be officiate the World Heavyweight title match involving the Great Khali. Gewirtz heard about it, and informed Vince McMahon. McMahon pulled Piper from the PPV.
- from Richard Warren: At the Dream Reunion II wrestling convention i talked with Brian Knobbs and he told me that the Nasty Boys were going to have one more match, and he said maybe one more run. He said Vince called them and he said he needs more action in WWE (I couldv'e said so myself), and they need more suprises, so Nasty Boys are supposed to return in November!

Ever notice that WWE writers and management are like kids in school? All they ever do is run off and tell on whoever pisses them off. And they probably smoke behind bike sheds too
