Ron Killings is going to be starting with WWE soon. He has some medical and drugs tests to take first. They plan on calling him KWIK Ron Killings. Brian Gerwitz did not want to bring him back due to difficulties between the two during Killings' previous run with the company.
John Cena will be filming his new WWE movie 12 Rounds between February and May, which would probably rule him out of being back in action for WrestleMania 24. The film is slated for a September release.
The various Britney Spears references on the WWE website have left many backstage in the dark. Michael Hayes and Brian Gerwitz are thought to be the ones behind them. WWE did try to get Spears in for last year's WrestleMania but it fell through and they went to Donald Trump instead.
The new WWE Kids magazine launches just before WrestleMania, with an April cover date.
Colin Delaney has not yet been signed to a contract. WWE will make a final decision on whether to keep him around in the next couple of weeks.
Mae Young has said that Stephanie McMahon promised her a match against Aurora Levesque on Mae's 100th birthday. That'll be on 13 May 2003, when Aurora will be 17.
TNA is going to do an angle where Shark Boy gets put in a coma and awakens thinking he's Steve Austin.
Although Chris Harris has left TNA, James Storm has signed a new deal with them. Both of their contracts expired at the same time as they were signed together as America's Most Wanted.
Gail Kim got a minor concussion in a match against Awesome Kong on 07 January.
Kong's new manager is Melissa Anderson. She used to wrestle as Cheerleader Melissa for All-Pro Wrestling.
Black Reign's rat Misty has had her name changed to Marlena in a not-so-subtle rib on Terri Runnels.
Shelley Martinez has had her name changed to Salinas. Apparently they wanted something that sounded Hispanic.
Lexi Pillman, one of Brian Pillman's step-daughters, is due to make her pro-wrestling debut in Woodstock, GA, on 27 January.
