Former WWE star Andrew "Test" Martin was arrested for DUI Sunday morning in Pasco County, FL. He was stopped on State Road 54 at roughly 10:30AM ET. The officer who pulled him over noticed his speech was slurred and his eyes were glassy, leading to his arrest for DUI and driving with a suspended license.
Martin refused to submit a urine test and was therefore taken to the Land O' Lakes Jail. The officer noted that Martin kept falling asleep in the cop car on the way to jail.

Tampa Bay Online has released new information regarding the weekend DUI arrest of former WWE & TNA wrestler Andrew "Test" Martin.
When reached by telephone on Monday afternoon, told a reporter, "Considering I don't drink alcohol or do drugs I don't know how the DUI is going to stand." He also said his attorney, whom he declined to name, would take care of it.
When asked whether he is still wrestling, he responded, "It's not something I want to get into."
On his Myspace profile, he writes, "If I never wrestled another day, I couldn't complain but also in the prime of my life I still feel I have some unfinished business to do," he wrote on his Web site. "I'll keep you posted on other things as I do love wrestling and miss it. I'm just not counting on it."

He was a boring and uncharismatic wrestler though...so forgettable. It's unfortunate but that's just how it is...

He might be telling the truth, you never know. I mean I look worse than that after a night out and I'm on a strictly no alcohol diet. No drugs either, unless you count caffine

I'm not so sure. My eyes look like that when I'm drunk. I could be wrong, but to me he does look like he's had a few.

Your eyes will get that way if you're in a club or anything. Dark lights tend to do that.
