Driving under the Influence? Dangerous driving? Maybe he was just getting into his Itallian character!
The only thing that's criminal about him is how he's one of the best talkers on Raw and yet they always squash him in his matches!
Boom boom!

Why do people have to do stupid shit? Is it THAT hard to call a fucking friend, a cab, or just not drive the damn car?! No, let's risk a lot of lives, including his own, and his future in his career and possible jail time and fines! WOOO! Sounds like a plan!

People should, by now, know why that's illegal. It seems Santino doesn't care that he might kill someone through it.

They may take it easy on him considering he blew under the legal limit on the Breathalyzer test. Though they can still prosecute since it took so long to process him, I would expect he could afford a decent enough lawyer to make this go away. He'll probably still get a punishment from WWE, but I wouldn't expect it to lead to anything too serious. I could be wrong though if they want to make an example out of everyone that screws up.

Punished by WWE? What more can they do to the poor lad other than fire him now? It's not as if they treat him that well as it is...

According to and in accordance with the WWE Wellness Policy you are only given a warning for your first violation. Then upon getting caught doing something against the wellness/disciplinary plan a second time you receive 30 day suspension, then 90 for a third offense, and the fourth offense results in a release.
Many think that the Wellness/Disciplinary plan only has three steps due to the fact most people who get caught don't mention the first "warning" phase.
I would assume this is the first time that Santino has been caught for anything. From all accounts I've gotten and listening to one of Santino real life friend's talk (Rico Montana) he's not on the gas so he shouldn't have ever been in trouble for that either. That being said, I think this is probably his first time in trouble and he'll receive the "warning" only.
Or so I hope.
