Finlay... I wish he were a more serious character. And drop the midget son, please... It's fun for humor every now and then, but that thing has consumed Finlay and turned him into a sideshow act.

Deuce and Domino had a horrible gimmick. That Grease crap didn't go over at all as far as I was able to see.

Anyone Remember the Patriot.............
I guess he was supposed to be a newer version of Hogan...I liked Dale Wilkes, he just didn't last too long in the WWE. He and Bret could have done alooooooot more if he had more time.

I think Miz ought to change his gimmick, because right now he's nothing more than Joey Mercury's stand-in, from my POV.

I thought I was the only one who thought that....his ring attire too needs to be changed.
Also Bryan Clarke....when he was Adam Bomb...he has the tools to be a big star, it was just the wrong gimmick..though his cartoonesque gimmick was part of a whole bag of them in that era, if he was a dominating factor then, he would still be there today. His Wrath gimmick was WcW's version of Adam Bomb Though I did like the Kronik tag team.....

Big Daddy V should maybe keep his gimmick, I'm not bothered by that, but he definitely ought to change his attire. His nipples must be tucked behind his belt or something, it's horrible!

LOL....I wonder whose Idea it was for him to dress like that. I guess thats why the WWE sent him home to lose 50lbs....

not sure if any of you know who Nick Dinsmore is but he is a perfect example of right wrestler/wrong gimmick....he was saddled with the Eugene character...now don't get me wrong Eugene was a great character for Dinsmore to get into WWE...but once the Eugene character ran it's course (which was long before WWE realized it) why not have him be Nick Dinsmore...a true wrestlin' technician...the guy does BRILLIANT work...if you can find it check out his OVW run as "Machine" Nick Disnmore...

Oh, I know about that. Definitely wrong gimmick. He was funny with it, but it was kept up for too long

I think such a gimmick has painted him into a corner to be honest...of course everyone knows Eugene is really Nick and not a retard but as much as people would prefer for him to shed that stupid bloody gimmick, I don't think it'd go down so well...That character, although amusing in places (i.e with Regal) was one of the most stupid ideas ever...

Nick Dinsmore was one of the most promising mat wrestlers in the country at one point. Could have been on a par with Benoit or Hart given time and experience. So naturally he had to be given the retard gimmick...

from wikipedia:
Return to Ohio Valley Wrestling (2008-Current)
In February 2008, Dinsmore returned to OVW and reverted back to his "Mr. Wrestling" gimmick as Nick Dinsmore. According to the angle he is currently doing, the entire Eugene character and storylines were a dream, and he has just woken up. On February 20, Dinsmore defeated Jay Bradley to win the OVW Heavyweight Championship.

I liked Dinsemore way back in the late 90's when he wrestled down in Memphis, the then owned by Jerry Lawler USWA.....
Oh and whoooooooo could ever forget Issac Yankem lol....they definately had the right person with the Wrong gimmick, as can be seen these days with his success as Kane.
