UWF was known by a small collection of fans for its extreme style, sometimes thought of as "glorified backyard". After a 2 year struggle, they started to see results. Each year had specific PPVs spread through it, the greatest of which was "Battlezone", where the roster always put out 110%
They had only three title belts that could be defended at any given time; the Hardcore championship, the X-Division championship and the World Heavyweight championship. Each year of active wrestling was known as a "series", probably to make record keeping easier.
Notable feuds were; Ludicrous vs Dominant Force (a stable whose members change many times, but always had Shortkut as the leader)

Hostile vs James Tough
Stejo vs Raze
D-Dawg vs Raze
Magic Man vs Bison Fury
The UWF closed its doors for good around two years ago due to inability to maintain a solid enough fanbase to break into the mainstream, the title belts retired by their respective holders. They were;
Hardcore- Spyke
X-Division- Raze (Now GZG's Triple Crown Extreme Heavyweight champion)
World Heavyweight- Rambo.
So it wasn't a roaring success, but being in business for seven years before being unable to carry on, it didn't go down without a fight.
