On here real quick as I'm on my way to work (hate the graveyard shift), but just finished watching Heatwave V. GREAT GREAT show. I was pleasant surprised on how great it came out. Anyway, was doing some Web surfing and came across a news bit I'll put in spoilers just case everyone hasn't seen the show. Supposedly Vernon Vanderbilt was rushed to the hospital at the conclusion of the show. He was experiencing severe heart pains resulting from the heart punch delivered to him by Sean Locke. Reports are saying that Locke delivered the move incorrectly or at full impact. I'm not sure how reliable the talk is but it's hitting the Internet like a tidal wave. I guess we'll know for sure in the next couple of days. |

Well Locke's an arse-wipe who can't even put on a good feud with the great and beautiful Kandi Fortune-Corbin, so it doesn't surprose me the jobber has screwed up eventually. Here's wishing Vernon a hearty recovery...

I've been reading reports that GZW2K1 sent him home due to some heat he has on him after an unidentified incident. There were recent rumors saying that he was going to be released from the company, but they are simply rumors at this point and he has not been released. He has been taken off the road though to take care of some personal issues and there's no timeframe on when he might return to the company.

Like we're supposed to believe you're the real Charlie Brown. He was a great poster on this fan forum once upon a time, but vanished as quick as Irish Potatoes. He was a legend.
Vernon Vanderbilt... injured? Why are you all so shocked? He's like the Nevin Kash of this generation. And Monarch is Bulk Bogan, which is just plain sad...

I heard it wasn't an injury. I know it's been seen in most places that Vanderbilt has once again sustained injury which is just a cover up if you ask me. If you read the last Hotwire Magazine, it also said he was out for injury on there at the time and he was as fit as a fiddle, returnin' to the ring and bein' thrown in the main event out the blue. Somethin' is goin' on and it ain't quite Kosher.

More reason to believe the rumors about the "incident" he got into or even the other rumor about him holding out due to wanting more money in his contract. I truly don't believe that he's injured in any shape, fashion, or form.
