It has been made official that both James Tanner and Jimmy Williams are suing Ground Zero Wrestling for defamation of character. It was reported earlier that Nathan Williams was involved in the lawsuit but it has since been verified that he is having nothing to do with the lawsuit and has tried speaking with his brother on the matter but was unable to convince his younger brother to back off.
James Tanner was unavailable for comment due to currently being overseas working out a contract deal for overseas play of UWA Vortex. Jimmy Williams who was forced out of GZW due to legal problems and ultimately health issues refused to speak with us but did say that he was saddened that GZW would stoop that low to try and ruin his career.
Jimmy's older brother Nathan spoke candidly with us saying he has tried to talk since into his younger brother and to not embarrass himself but he wouldn't have it. Nathan said he hoped that this would blow over before it got too involved and did more damage to not only Jimmy's career but Ground Zero Wrestlings as well.
