From the pages of the Atlanta Enquirer: Other Driver May Have Been Drunk In Wrestler’s Car Crash [/size] Police Reports today suggest that the as yet un-named driver who was in a head on collision at 12.30am on Friday 25th October with famous wrestler, Sho Murakame, may have been drunk behind the wheel. The as yet un-named man died after being rushed to hospital due to his internal injuries, and the Police are awaiting the results of an autopsy.
It is understood that unknown driver, believed to be Caucasian and in his early 40s, has a previous conviction for the offence of drink driving. However, Mr. Murakame is well known to be a daredevil in the ring and in his private life, and questions about his ability to drive after injuries sustained on the night of the crash are yet to be answered. The Chinese wrestler is yet to regain consciousness.
Mr Murakame’s fiancé, Siu Ann Wong, who was also in the car and sustained a broken leg and severe whiplash, said: “Sho is stable, but will be requiring more operations. His injuries are not life-threatening, but are very severe.”The Atlanta Enquirer would like to apologise to Mr. Murakame and Miss Wong and their families for the mis-spellings of their names in a previous article. The Enquirer is also considering legal action after the threatening behaviour of a Mrs. Edna Murakame who reported the inaccuracies.
