Bio: Spyral was sceduled to compete in the 1996 Olympic games as a gymnast but was disqualified for undisclosed reasons, but it is commonly believed to be use of illegal recreational drug use. He's also an established poker player and since becoming famous in GZW, has competed in many televised Poker tournaments. Poker is considered one of his main hobbies, but his other interests are in cars, motorbikes and collecting comic books. His comic book interests are considered to be the reason why Spyral wears face paint during in-ring competition.
Spyral joined GZW2K1 on January 29th 2007 along with Jericho "Raze" Cross. Branding themselves as mercenaries to the highest bidder, both men were quickly snapped up by Kris Kash and Jason Price as back up but it wasn’t long before Spyral and Raze were back alone, on a quest to become Tag Team Champions.
On 30 April 2007 at Fallout: Root of All Evil, Spyral interfered in a four-man elimination match for the GZW World Heavyweight Title and attacked Raze which resulted in Raze's elimination from the match.
