Contrary to recent belief the current Ground Zero Global Unified Heavyweight Champion Eva Corbin's contract with GroundZero Wrestling 2K1 is NOT up for review. Sources within the Command Suite have verified that Corbin just recently as of two weeks ago signed a two year extension. Any talks of the GZW2K1 and Hong Kong Wrestling Federation World Heavyweight Champion leaving GZG are completely false and sources state that if Corbin attempts to void her contract, GZW2K1 will seek legal retaliation to the fullest extent.
In more Corbin news, there are rumors floating about that Kandi Fortune-Corbin is looking to make her in-ring return at Crimson "Better Than Our Best" broadcast at the end of this month. The former United Japan Wrestling Superheavyweight Champion recently have gave premature birth to two twins at the beginning of September. The longest reigning GZW2K1 Intercontinental Heavyweight Champion has given vague hints on her Twirker account but no definite plans have been confirmed.
It is believed that the sudden departure of the 2007 Lord of the Coliseum Leon Corbin was not an amicable split between the multi-time World Heavyweight Champion and GZW2K1.
