The infectious beat of Destiny Child featuring Da Brat's "Survivor" and a violent explosion of fireworks lights up the stage. The spotlight shines on her in all her glory, Kandi smiles. The spotlight follows her as she heads down to the ring. The fans raise their "Kandi" signs while chanting her name. She rolls into the ring, going from turnbuckle to turnbuckle, yelling and pointing into the crowd, ignoring the jeers and rejections. She pounds her three fingers against her chest, more specifically her heart; a sign to her three children, Dylan, Ruth and Mason, that she loves them, the song slowly fading.
Alternate Entrance:
The GZW2K1 Coliseum lights go out, covering the building in a blanket of darkness. The fans start to get out of their seats and cheer, readying their signs. As a soft piano melody plays over the speakers a fire erupts at center stage. The flames crackle and dance back and forth, the inferno growing with each second. As a spotlight shines down on the entranceway a dark figure is illuminated through the flames. A tall, slender female form stands in the middle of the blaze, seemingly unscathed. As the piano continues to play, a voiceover booms through the speakers.
And with that, the music switches to the aggressive guitars of Christina Aguilera's "Fighter" and a violent explosion of fireworks lights up the stage. The house lights switch to a shade of dark, dark purple, and as the light from the pyro dies down the flames are gone, and "The Phoenix" Kandi Fortune-Corbin stands in their place. The spotlight shines on her, and there, in all her glory, Kandi smiles, her UJW SuperHeavyweight Championship belt strapped around her waist. The spotlight follows her as she heads down the ramp to the ring. The fans raise their “Kandi” signs and chant her name. She rolls into the ring and stands up in the center, her lips curled into a smile.
