Wrestler Info
Name: Kolic
Height: 6'1" Weight: 230 lbs.
Hometown: Atlanta, GA
Date of Birth: July 13, 1980
Face/Heel status: Heel
Appearance: Kolic is lean and athletic, but not overly muscular; he's gone a little soft from being out of the ring for several years. He's generally clean shaven (though he does neglect to shave for several days at a time) with short hair but not close-cut. He prefers wearing shorts and a t-shirt but wrestles in long black jeans and black boots from his first days in the business.
Background:
Born Marcus Gilespie, Kolic was the typical bully magnet growing up: scrawny, fearful, and abnormally smart. His excellence in the classroom often earned the ire of his classmates; at best they would ignore him, at worst they beat him up out of jealousy. He rarely had food for lunch, since any money he had was often stolen by bullies. Despite this, he stayed at the top of his class and graduated valedictorian of his high school. He had the pick of any college he wanted, but he chose to stay close to home and attend the Georgia Institute of Technology.
He again excelled in his studies, and without the threat of bullies he did even better than in grade school. He graduated in three years with a Bachelors in Computer Programming. However, due to a lagging job market, he could only get an entry level job at Microsoft working in their help center. This frustrated Kolic to no end; the same morons who pushed him around as a kid would call him with the most basic questions, more often than not the thing they thought was broken was just unplugged. After several outbursts at callers who didn't know how to print from Word, Kolic was fired and he sat at home wallowing in self-pity.
After several weeks of hearing nothing from any job applications, he saw an episode of pro wrestling; specifically, the Bruisermania Wrestling Federation. He watched many of the same types of people who tormented him in the past and saw an opportunity to get a measure of revenge. Over the next year he set himself on a strict training course working on his physical fitness, agility, karate, anything to make himself faster and stronger. He applied to join the BMWF and was accepted. He quickly made a name for himself as smart, relentless fighter, but wouldn't achieve success until he traded his brooding attitude for one of overconfidence and arrogance. He hired a manager to handle the things he couldn't have been bothered with worrying about, a young brunette named Kate Greene. He became one of the longest reigning Light-Heavyweight champions in the company's history and was on track to win more titles, but at a pay-per-view he made a mistake and broke his arm falling on the ring edge.
Over the next month he spent healing he found religion; he became a born-again Christian and changed his in-ring persona from an arrogant supergenius to a benevolent representative for the fans. During his comeback he held numerous titles in the BMWF, but never earned the BMWF Heavyweight Title. After the BMWF folded his success continued in the UWC, where he won their biggest belt as well as almost every other one they had. He also married Kate during the transition from the BMWF to the UWC. Once it went under as well, Kolic decided to take some time off from the wrestling business to heal and give his arm some rest. Recently, however, he received a call from an old friend and decided it was time to get back into the game.

Entrance Music: “This is the Line" by Demon Hunter
Typical Entrance:
On the screen bolt of lightning hits a wooden cross, setting it ablaze.
Sing to me your plight unjust
Define it for the rest of us
No river of your tears
No sympathy will find you here
NOT ONE OF YOU B*ST*RDS HAS A CROSS TO BEAR
Define it for the rest of us
No river of your tears
No sympathy will find you here
NOT ONE OF YOU B*ST*RDS HAS A CROSS TO BEAR
Pyros flare as "Cross to Bear" by Demon Hunter plays and Kolic walks on the stage. He kneels for a second before running to the ring and jumping over the top rope. He stands in a corner and stares straight ahead, not letting anything distract him for the match to come.
Tag team entrance with Kate:
The lights all go out as spotlights focus on the entrance ramp. Rumbling thunder is heard as the ZeroTron fills with rain, which forms a K in the middle. When it's full, the K separates into two and finishes with "Kolic & Kate" on the screen. At the same time "This Is Absolution" by Killswitch Engage plays; a guitar riff pierces through as Kolic and Kate walk out to the entrance ramp. When the drums kick in they run straight to the ring and hop over the ropes, then climb opposite turnbuckles to acknowledge the fans.
