I guess you really can throw enough money at a problem and make it go away. According to various sources just hours before Brian Reaper was to go into court a settlement was reached between himself and the two victims. The exact amount has not been released but it's believed to be in the area of $500,00 a piece.
If this stands true Brian Reaper could be looking at walking out of this situation without a scratch albeit a little lighter in the pockets. All that remains is a decision by the state whether they wish to continue with the charges or not.
