"Heretic Anthem" by Slipknot began to play out on the PA system, and from backstage came all four Heretics, "Buzzing" Electric Sharpe, Phillip Tytan, Nathan Williams with the HKWF Championship around his wait, and they were all led down to the ring by the GZW World Heavyweight Champion Pimp Bizkit with the GZW World Heavyweight Championship fixed firmly around his waist. As the four Heretics make there way to the ring the crowd lets them know exactly what they think of them both by booing, and throwing garbage at them.

In the ring is Devotion with a trophy in her hand, and all four Heretics entered the ring all following the GZW World Heavyweigh Champion Pimp Bizkit. As the crowd began to settle down Devotion addressed the crowd, mentioning that this was then award ceremony for the GZW Wrestler of the month for July, before handing over the trophie to the "Living Legend" Pimp Bizkit. Pimp then addressed the crowd stating how he was indded the most deserving wrestler this month by becoming the GZW World Heavyweight Champion, and then began to berate last months Wrestler of the month, saying how it was a joke that such a man was able to get his hands on such a prestigious award.

Pimp than began to say that although none of the Heretics had a match on metal that, they would be around backstage to enjoy the action. Pimp then also went on to say that come Crimson that all the Heretics would emerge as winners in both of their Tag-Team matches.

With nothing left to say Pimp dropped the microphone and headed backstage, whilst he and the rest of the Heretics jeered at the crowd.

Standing outside of the GZW2k1 arena with his hands in his pockets is the man known around CCW as James Tanner. The former Roccwylder looked around the arena as if he was waiting for someone when suddenly from behind came Shannon Taylor. James jumped as she placed her hand on his shoulder causing him to turn and look to her.

James looked at Shannon and informed her that with Nicole being pregnant he needed to spend more time with her and less time hanging out. He then went on to appologize and say he needed to get ready for his upcoming match with Kaine.

Shannon grabbed James by his arm before he could get away spinning him around and looking him in his eyes as she spills out that she’s pregant was well with his baby.

A look of horror came across the face of James as he looked at Shannon with confusing as well as worry. James began to say that nothing had happened between the two so how could it be.

Shannon then went on to say that when the two got drunk in Philly something did happen. James argued that he was told nothing happened that night. Shannon shook her head and said she was sorry to drop the news like this but it had to be said. James denied it as he turned and walked away leaving Shannon alone and the scene to fade.

Upon arriving at the arena and walking out of his limo with ‘Homeless’ Jack, Joshua “The Panther” Cleaver was seen spitting on a teenage girl after she yelled something at him, apparently she was a Cursed Angel fan and was dressed like a “devil woman” in total black clothes and make up, according to King Joshua.

After spitting on the teenager, a few fans were being held back by security while Joshua just pointed and laughed as in saying “you can’t get me”.

Just before his match is set to go on, “The Untouchable” Kaine can be seen backstage preparing for the match with his manager Samuel Dobbson preaching words of encouragement into his ear. Kaine turns to the camera and begins to arrogantly state that James Tanner is nothing more than a bug, and what he does to him in the next match will pale in comparison to what’s going to happen to him and Angel on Crimson. Kaine continues on with talking about how his partner is useless, and he still can’t believe that he has to tag with a moron like Joshua Taylor. Kaine finishes the promo with his trademark saying, “You can’t beat what you can’t touch!”<br>

“The Untouchable" Kaine ~VS~ James Tanner

Kaine and Tanner both start off exchanging hard blows between one another until Kaine ducks an attempted clothesline by Tanner and uses his opponent’s momentum to perform a bulldog. Kaine lifts Tanner up to his feet, but in retalliation for the bulldog Tanner blasts Kaine with his “Black Hole” (Sig move ~ Reverse DVD Into A Flowing DDT) but only got a quick two count from the referee. After reaching his feet Kaine begins to argue with the referee, but gets caught in a schoolboy, getting another two count before the youngster kicks out. Visibly pissed, Kaine begins to go on the offensive, nailing Tanner with move after move until James hits a scoop slam on Kaine and sucessfully pulls off the “Bright Nights” (Signature Move ~ Swanton Bomb) again only getting a two count from the referee. After a few more exchanged blows between Kaine and Tanner, Kaine gets the upper hand again and nails Tanner with a Reverse DDT, followed up by a Shooting Star Press, but Tanner moves out of the way and Kaine hits nothing but the mat. After a few quick scuffles, Tanner begins to gain some serious momentum on his opponent until Samuel Dobbson interferres, grabbing the foot of Tanner as he was trying to hit Kaine with a huge running clothesline. Tanner and the referee both begin to verbally assault Dobbson, who of course denies ever doing it. While Tanner’s back is turned though, Kaine nails Tanner with a low blow and hits Tanner with the devastating “Union Jack” (Finisher ~ Vertebreaker) for the academic One, Two, Three pinfall.

Joshua Cleaver was backstage in his locker room with Jack Anderson and 'Homeless Jack'. Joshua was answering some questions for the new GZW interviewer when Jack Anderson's father Randy walked in, stumbling around with half an empty bottle of beer. After dropping the beer bottle and looking a little glum, within a second his face brightened up and he shouted "THIS CALLS FOR SOME BEER!" which drove Joshua completely insane and ordered 'Homeless' Jack to get them out of his sight. Jack Anderson seemed a little upset with his father for messing up the interview with Cleaver.

The questions that Jack Anderson did get in were answered with an answer "next question" by Cleaver.

A mysterious figure, isolated in a dark corner backstage was spotted. It was The Cursed Angel, dressed in his usual dark attire and crouched down, hiding away from everyone else. He took a moment to meditate until beginning to make a few statements. He started off with his opponents on Crimson, Kaine and Joshua Cleaver. He let his undefeated streak be known and mentioned that Kaine was one of those victims. He said that his ambitions in GZW have deteriorated; that his messages were being looked over. The Cursed Angel stated that he has now given up on that dream of showing the world that there is no line between fantasy and reality. Instead, his goals are now to figure himself out and try to realize what his true purpose is.

He went on to talk about his wrestling future and how he will continue to pursue what his conscious led him to... And that Kaine and Joshua Cleaver would be nothing more than the sacrifices that would help him find his true path. That by defeating them, with James Tanner siding with him, it would be one step closer to his answers.

That led into a few comments about his opponent on Metal, Joshua Cleaver. He played off his "king" gimmick and stated that King Arthur would have been a failure if it weren't for the mystic and power of Merlin. He stated that Arthur was but a simple boy, but Marlin helped guide him to the paths of glory. The Cursed Angel said that the story would come to life as he guides Joshua Cleaver to a glory he will be accustom to... Failure and defeat. Albeit a glory that most men will mock, but as those same men try to battle the powers of Merlin (in metaphor, The Cursed Angel) they will fall as well. He ended it by saying, "My path of discovery has begun..." and sank into the darkness.

Cleaver and Angel begun the match with a tense staredown until Cleaver broke the silence and charged after the Cursed Angel, only to receive the sudden “Mind Jolt” (Signature Move ~ reverse snapmare) sending Cleaver to the floor. Angel follows up the move with several hard kicks to the chest before dropping a leg down upon Cleaver’s throat and quickly following up with a pinfall attempt, but barely received a two count before Ceaver’s arm was in the air. Thinking better of it this time, the Panther allows the Cursed Angel to make the first move this time but once again it wound up with Cleaver on the floor following a huge “Implosion Bomb” (Signature move ~ Black hole slam) again getting a two count pinfall. Once on his feet, Cleaver jumps into the offensive mode, hitting several small, but effective moves on his opponent, following the combination up with a “Concussion” (Signature Move ~ STO) Upon the pinflal attempt, Cleaver only gets a two count. As the match wears on, Cleaver and Angel exchange blow after blow, until suddenly and swiftly Angel reverses Cleaver’s “Slicer” (Finisher ~ Olympic Slam) with his “Angel’s Decent” (Finisher ~ Double Underhook Suplex into a Spike Piledriver) for the academic three count pinfall. After the match, Cleaver verbally bashes Homeless Jack for not helping him out during the match.

"The Unbreakable Female" Tonya Glory came down to the ring to her entrance music of "Baddest Bitch" by Trina.The on hand crowd gave her a mixture of cheers and boos;the cheers due to the fact that she is in line to face off against bad guys like "The Dark Angel" Seven and "Living Legend" Pimp Bizkit for the W.C.E.K Television title and the World Heavyweight Championship respectively and the boos because of her cocky attitude.Wearing her "100% Wrestler" Tonya Glory promotional shirt and a pair of Nike pullaway pants,Glory entered the ring and immediately laid into Seven with a verbal attack.She commented that Seven was nothing more than a "...fake ass wannabe Maxx Pain who's only claim to fame in wrestling was holding the UWA World Heavyweight Championship and only GZW claim to fame is interfering in the "Smooth Operator" Billy Bond/"Pursuit of Perfection" Derek Ashton match last year".She continued by stating "on Sunday August 15th in front of all our peers in the Final match of the W.C.E.K Television Memorial Championship Tournament I will not only outwrestle you for the win but teach you the meaning of respect."

After her spiel toward Seven,Glory changed gears and started in on the World Heavyweight Champion.The head Trouble Trax trainer let Pimp know that "the only Living Legend he would ever be is as the most cheatingness person in GZW history".She downed the fact that his run and ultimate finish during the World Heavyweight Championship was a fluke and predicted his reign as the top wrestler wouldn't last more than 90 days.Glory put Pimp on notice that whenever Commissioner Devotion and the Booking Committee finally got the two of them back into the ring again the end result would be drastically different from their first encounter.Tonya Glory left the ring with the parting words of "get ready for the first ever W.C.E.K Television and World Heavyweight Champion!!"

The arena goes dark and smoke begins to fill the aisle. Seven's music hits on the sound system as his face comes onto the Gzwtron. Seven begins to speak about how he is going to show John Taylor just why is going to make him scream and beg for his life tonight. Seven also begins to make mention of his match against Tonya Glory on this upcoming crimson for the vacant Gzw Television Championship, and how this match is more than just for a piece of tin. He states that tonight Tonya is going to get yet another sample of what he can do in the ring, when he beats John Taylor to within an inch of his life, and how he is going to avenge his only loss in the Gzw. Before he fades out, he makes mention that his ultimage goal is to head straight to the top, straight the the seat of Glory, and he will do so by beating any and everyone who gets in his way including, Nathan Williams, Pimp Bizkit, John Taylor and Tonya Glory.

The man formerly known as Big Country stood in the backstage area looking ready for his upcoming match against Mychael Lord. As the camera focused in on the former 2x Extreme Champion he reached forward and grabbed onto the lens bringing it closer to him as he talked.

He began by talking about his upcoming match with a man that actually had talent in this industry and knew what it took to get the job done. He stated that he respected Mychael but once the bell sounded he was gonna show him what life was like in the GZW realm with the best of the best.

He then began to get hot as he went on to talk about his upcoming tag match against Tytan and Sharpe. He stated that the Extreme stipulation was right up his alley but the fact his tag team partner made FireFly look evil didn't look to good. He stated that he'd rather go it alone than team with a man who was too scared to get the job done when it was needed. He then stated that Sharpe and Tytan were in for a beating like none before and that they better be prepared because he was taking no prisoners.

Jimmy released the camera and turned to walk off as the scene faded to black.

“First Round Pick” Mychael Lord ~VS~ “The Real Deal” Jimmy Williams

Jimmy starts out the match with a hard take-down on Lord, wailing away at his head like a punching bag. Jimmy then lifts Taylor up to his feet, but when Lord reaches his feet he breaks out and viciously assaults Jimmy with several hard kicks to the chest followed by Pulling Piledriver. For the next five minutes, the two exchange move after move, gaining momentum only to lose it just as quickly, until Jimmy hits his “Disturbing Tha Peace” (Signature Move ~ Muscle Buster). Jimmy covers for a pin, but only recieves a two count. Frustrated, Jimmy lifts Mychael to his feet, only to be met by his “Game Over” (Finisher ~ Two shining wizard knee strikes in a row) followed quickly by Lord’s “Holy Altar” (Finisher ~ Camel Clutch) in which after a valiant effort of trying to escape, Jimmy has nothing else to do but tap out to the pain.

Magic was spotted backstage, armed with his sledgehammer and in search of Albert Wuchie. He asked a few of the crewmembers and security guards but none have seen any sight of "The Fortune Cookie". Magic then asked Assclown and K-9, but they didn't know either. Instead, they threw Magic some pocket change and laughed at their joke. Magic didn't take it lightly though and nailed Assclown with his sledgehammer right in the temple. Following that, he hit K-9 right in the knee and watched him squirm on the ground. Magic then drove his sledgehammer into a nearby soda machine nearby until change started to pour out all over K-9 and Assclown. Magic walked away with a disgusted look on his face as he said for the two jobbers to "Keep the change."

The Zerotron cut to the backstage area where Paul “The Professional” Terry stood alongside the number one contender for Pimp Bizkit’s World Heavyweight Championship, John Taylor. The Lone Gunman was decked out in new wrestling gear consisting of a pair of camouflage-style tights with black combat boots, black elbow pads and his trademark fingerless black leather gloves. Terry thanked Taylor for joining him, and asked how he felt about his upcoming match with “The Dark Angel” Seven. Taylor seemed genuinely amused; he went on to say that Seven is of no major concern to him. Taylor said that Seven is simply riding the publicity wave. The only reason that Seven was even considered to main event the inaugural edition of Metal was because of his upcoming W.C.E.K. TV Championship match with Tonya Glory at Crimson. The Lone Gunman said that the supposedly dominating force of Seven should get down on his hands and knees and kiss the ground he walks on, as Seven has the Lone Gunman to thank for even being entered in the tournament in the first place. Taylor highlighted the fact that he’s already beaten Seven. He also highlighted the fact that he is in the running for the World Heavyweight Championship, whilst Seven is looking to contend for the W.C.E.K. TV Title; Taylor said Seven wasn’t in his league. Taylor, however, said that a match is a match, and that it would be a welcome, if only temporary, change from battling the absentee champion, Pimp Bizkit, seven days a week. Taylor also brought up the fact that he is the only one of the “Big Five” that actually works consistently. Monarch, Williams and Magic all show up when they feel like it and Pimp is gradually leaning towards following the “Lazy Champion” path paved by one Paul Spartan. Terry thanked Taylor for his time as the Lone Gunman headed to the ring.

~Main Event~

“The Lone Gunman” John Taylor ~VS~ “The Dark Angel” Seven

Seven and Taylor both begin the match exchanging blows, but after a few seconds Taylor ducks under an attempted clothesline by Seven and hits him with several hard knife-edge chops and quickly takes the big man down to the mat with a single leg takedown, followed quickly by a front facelock that Seven eventually breaks. After the two exchange blows for a second time, Seven gets the advantage this time, hitting Taylor with a flurry of rights and lefts, followed by the “Dazed and Confused” (Signature Move ~ Clothesline from hell) Once Taylor gets up to his feet, he quickly goes about bringing Seven down to the mat with an inventive takedown of his own and for the next three or four minutes, keeps Seven on the mat with a flurry of inventive leg submissions and holds, designed to embarras the big man more than anything else. Finally, Seven claws his way up to his feet and begins to retalliate against Taylor, hitting move after big move on the smaller man in the fight. Before Seven can hit his big finishing move however, Taylor suddenly gains a second wind and somehow, someway hoists Seven up and brings him down with the “Shell Shock” (Finisher ~ Sit-Out Dominator) for the academic Three count pinfall. After the match, Seven gets a bit of revenge for the match, hitting Taylor with his “Redemption” (Finisher ~ F-5) and turning to the camera to verbally bash Tonya before he makes his exit, signaling the end of the show.
