WWE announced earlier today during their investors call that the Diva Search will be returning in 2011. It will take place during normal WWE programming over ten weeks.
~~
WWE star Triple H was interviewed by RXMuscle.com's "Heavy Muscle Radio" show earlier this month and spoke to host Dave Palumbo about a number of topics. You can listen to an MP3 of RXMuscle's interview with Triple H by clicking here. Here are some highlights of what Triple H talked about:
-- He guaranteed that he will not want to be like Hulk Hogan and Ric Flair, who wrestle into their 60s. Hunter said he and Shawn Michaels agreed to tell the other when it was time to hang it up, and he said he never had to have that conversation with Shawn.
-- Regarding his in ring return, he said, "Hopefully the goal is sometime in the spring to come back."
-- He currently does not have a lot to do with WWE's creative process, but has been in charge of running a few WWE shows.
-- Consistent with what's been repoted recently, Triple H said that father-in-law Vince McMahon has been pushing him to take a bigger role in WWE's front office, "to learn the other side of the business." He is at the WWE office in Stanford for the majority of the week and attends many of WWE's televised shows.
-- Hunter also revealed details on how he injured his biceps, which has kept him out of action for months. His doctors initially believed it was nerve damage related to a neck injury. The injury occurred during a light workout, just weeks into filming a movie for WWE. WWE doctor Dr. James Andrews looked at the injured arm and said he could not finish shooting hte movie without having surgery first.
-- He spoke about his new daughter, Vaughn Evelyn Levesque. After 3 girls, he does want a boy and says he and Stephanie have a graet name planned, but wouldn't' share it. Originally, Stephanie wanted five kids and he wanted two. He said they're not sure about having more children.

Stephanie wants no more children. Vince does. Prodigies. HELLLOOOO!! Especially until he gets a grandbaby boy from Trips.
I actually liked this read. Trips seemed pretty chill and in no rush to return to steal the spotlight. If he does return, I'd rather he be heel, but that probably won't ever happen until he's old and managing a heel group about 5-10 years from now.

Wit it airing on Raw, im not so sure that its the return of Taker, they normally don't air Taker vignettes on Raw and if they do, they always state that its Taker and not have it shrouded in mystery. I'm hoping that its to hype the debut of Sting, that would be Awesome.
I want to see Sting vs. Taker, Sting has stated many times that the one person he would like to wrestle is Undertaker, but I doubt it will happen seeing as Taker's body isn't holding up much anymore, but still I would love to see Sting in the WWE.

Booker T was introduced as the newest member of the SmackDown announce team at tonight's SmackDown taping in Long Island, New York, replacing Matt Striker. The team now consists of the returning Superstar, Michael Cole and Josh Mathews.
He performed the "Spin-a-Roonie" in the ring before joining his new colleagues at the announce desk.
As reported earlier, Booker T returned to World Wrestling Entertainment to announce as well as wrestle. His new role with the company is being compared to that of Jerry Lawler's since he announces and wrestles.
Booker T, along with Kevin Nash, returned to WWE Sunday to participate in the 40-Man Royal Rumble Match. He entered the battle royal at number twenty-one and was ultimately eliminated by Mason Ryan.
The six-time world champion reportedly signed a long-term contract with the organization.

The grass is always greener, ay...I always find it a joke when wrestlers jump back and forth, midway having nothing good to say about WWE but willing to be undercut just to go back.

WWE struggling to reconcile hype with reality ahead of WrestleMania 27 The pro wrestling blogosphere is buzzing Thursday with an assortment of reports and rumors that have generated enormous hype for the next two months of WWE programming. The only problem, of course, is that WWE may not be able to live up to all the hype. Without question, the WWE Universe has high hopes for WrestleMania 27. From the prospect of Sting joining WWE and the Undertaker's return, to Triple H's rumored imminent comeback and Randy Savage returning for the WWE Hall of Fame, WWE fans appear to have ample reason for excitement. But do they really? According to the latest from sources inside WWE who have been weighing in on reports and rumors across the Internet this week, World Wrestling Entertainment executives are increasingly nervous about the WWE's ability to live up to the hype. Despite mainstream media reports saying that Sting is coming to WWE, neither Sting nor the WWE has yet confirmed that development. For now, "Macho Man" Randy Savage is nowhere to be found. Same goes for Triple H and the Undertaker. As a result, it's a very real possibility that some of the biggest hopes of WWE fans will not be realized in time for WrestleMania 27 - if ever. Consequently, WWE has no shortage of significant problems with which it must now contend - not the least of which is the fact that one of the WWE's most popular personalities today is 61-year-old Jerry "The King" Lawler. Indeed, the WWE's recent history of failing to cultivate new talent is catching up with WWE. And in the absence of WWE legends making a comeback - Sting, Savage, Undertaker, and Triple H among them - WWE has a true predicament to face for the remainder of 2011. WWE simply cannot afford for WrestleMania 27 to be a dud. And WWE executives are believed to be doing everything in their power to make sure that it isn't. www.examiner.com/wwe-in-national/wwe-struggling-to-reconcile-hype-with-reality-ahead-of-wrestlemania-27

It wouldn't be the first time they failed to live up to the hype they build. Nor will it be the last. I guess that's why they have the adage about not counting chickens.
