Gossip website GlamorousOnes.com is reporting that Justin Bieber has come to terms with WWE for a Wrestlemania appearance. Thanks to Emilie for passing that on.
A number of readers sent word that Dwayne Johnson's official Facebook page is now listed as "Dwayne the Rock Johnson." Based on the email we are getting, fans will be extremely let down if it's not Johnson as the Guest Host. Just a few days ago, there were a LOT of people in the company that believed the Host would be Bob Barker, so if a deal with Johnson was reached, WWE kept it extremely quiet. We'll all see in a few hours.

For those of you hoping that Dwayne Johnson will be named the Guest Host of WrestleMania (and I am with you, trust me), our old pal JW made sure to remind us that Rock's Fast and Furious movie with Vin Diesel hits the theaters at the end of April so appearing on WrestleMania would be a good PR move for The Rock. Appearing at a Raw or two after the PPV, as the movie's debut gets closer, would be even smarter since it would expose his message to more eyeballs with the millions that watch Raw as opposed to the smaller audience that buys WrestleMania. Since he has said he will not wrestle anymore (and I totally believe him on that), this is as much as we can hope for from Rock as far as appearing on WWE products is concerned.

THAT WAS PROBABLY THE GREATEST MOMENT IN THE PAST DECADE!!!
Not only is he back, but he's back with no restrictions. I got pissed when the bleeped his first "ass," but after that he let loose and I think since it was after midnight (atleast in my area) they let him rip those "naughty" words out. Probably one of the best promos in recent memory, too. AAAAND... Ripping into Cena!!! OMFG! Just the cherry on top of an already massively awesome POONTANG PIE!!! WOOHOOO!!!
All the kids are going to be confused and crying themselves to sleep tonight... This is great.

Haven't seen it but the place needs some star power. He should probably return to the ring for longer. His actual Hollywood acting is atrocious and very one dimensional. Several movies later, I STILL feel the same about this.

The Wrestling Observer Newsletter reports that if Alberto Del Rio wins the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania 27 in Atlanta,GA, it would make him only the second heel to have won the Royal Rumble and go on to win the championship at WrestleMania. The first WWE Superstar to do this was Yokozuna in 1993 who won the Royal Rumble and then the WWE Championship from Bret Hart at Mania but lost it within seconds to Hulk Hogan.

Triple H and The Undertaker are the ones putting together their current program for WrestleMania 27, with minimal input from WWE creative.
Taker was originally scheduled to face Wade Barrett and Triple H was set to face Sheamus at WrestleMania but the two got together and realized that WrestleMania 27 had no special match. As WWE's two most power political forces, they felt they could take control of their own angle without much in the way of outside influence.
Shawn Michaels is still expected to be introduced into the storyline and have a role at WrestleMania, possibly as a referee or an enforcer. The idea behind the storyline is that Triple H is going at Taker for revenge after Taker ended his best friend's career.

- Top WWE stars like The Undertaker, Edge, Triple H, John Cena, Rey Mysterio, Big Show and others are traveling in top of the line tour buses, which is a tax deductible business expense. For televised WWE events, Cena travels with Michael Cole as the two are best friends.
- It's said that right now, the level of WWE talents smoking pot is probably the lowest in the history of the company. A lot of people are now using a marijuana substitute that beats the drug tests after WWE implemented $2,500 fines. There's also a feeling that you will start losing matches if you test positive.
WWE got stricter on pot testing with some talents as they sent testers to their homes to perform the tests. In other cases, some stars would get phone calls at random times when they were at home, telling them they have one hour to get to a testing facility.

- While there is no indication of The Rock wrestling another match, Dave Meltzer reports that there was talk backstage at RAW this week about doing a John Cena vs. Rock match if Rock can be convinced to do it. If the match were to take place, it would be more likely to happen at Summerslam to "strike the iron when it's hot" and also because The Rock's schedule next year could be an issue.

Oh God I see another Ultimo Dragon style WWE run on the horizon. There's no way they'll let Mistico BE Mistico. Evan Bourne had to jump through hoops just to be allowed to do the shooting star press.
