Apparently the GZW2K1 show previously billed as Crimson’s “Night of the Long Knives” is facing a name change. Many GroundZero Global higher-ups felt that the name’s historical connotations would prove detrimental – the same name being given to a 1934 purge carried out by Germany’s Nazi regime. The search is on for a new name for the show, which is tipped to be made up exclusively of grudge matches combining Globalstars past and present. Our man in the Command Suite has sent us a proposed shortlist of names, including “The Crimson Reprise”, “Crimson’s The Big Payback”, “Crimson’s Culture Shock” and “Today and Yesterday”. We here at Dirt are not particularly impressed thus far.
