Hello could someone please knock me a new banner up so I can replace the dont cross the boss one which is about 5 years out of date now....

I have 2 pics I'd like on it the first one being this one which i would like as the background image

for font I would just like "Quake=Ratings" it's an oldie but I like it. colours I would like greens/silvers/black./ whatever looks good.
