Last month we reported on independent wrestler Andre Davis (known on the independent wrestling scene as Andre Heart) facing felony charges for having sex with women without disclosing his HIV-positive status.
Local 12 WKRC, the CBS affiliate out of Cincinnati, reported late last month a total of twelve women have come forward, claiming they had sexual intercourse with Davis and he did not tell them he was HIV-positive. He now faces a total of fifteen counts of felonious assault.
Davis was made aware of his HIV-positive status in 2009, likely when he was tested by WWE as he was hired to be a referee. Once WWE learned of his HIV-positive status, they withdrew their job offer. Dave Meltzer of Yahoo! Sports has gone on record as to saying there are independent workers that have worked matches involving blood with Davis that are now getting tested.

If any of them come up HIV positive, they could charge him with murder. Now a good lawyer could argue if they actually got it from him or someone else. But each individual with HIV has a unique strand, and each unique strand that is passed on goes through a similar mutation as the one the initial person goes through. But still this guy, should have never been in matches involving blood.
Now society will argue, that these women should have had sex with him, I've read some of the responses to this story, and people actually blame the women. Its not their fault, but maybe they should be more careful next time. He's the one potentially killing people, by not disclosing his status to his partners and fellow wrestlers.
