Massive Celebrity Involved with Heatwave 8?
Rumours are running rampant that GZW2K1 has secured the services of "One of the world's most instantly recognisable figures" to play a small yet significant role at Heatwave 8.
In light of recent spoilers (particularly with regards to leaked promotional posters in the run up to Heatwave 8) it is understood that only the most senior of GZW2K1 officials are aware of the major celebrity's identity. The Command Suite is shrouded in secrecy.
Names such as President Obama and David Beckham have been speculated upon, but nobody knows for sure.
We understand that the celebrity in question received major worldwide coverage earlier this year in what was described internationally as "The feel good moment of 2011."
"Lone Gunman" Confirms Heatwave 8 Appearence
Ring of Honor Icon "The Lone Gunman" Lord John Taylor yesterday confirmed that he will be in attendance for the heavily anticipated Heatwave 8 pay-per-view. One of the major areas of public discourse in the build-up to the event has been the 'will he or won't he?' saga surrounding Taylor's involvement. All signs now point towards Taylor indeed being a special guest commentator for the event, sitting alongside the traditional announce team of Patrick Nelson, Joshua Samson and Todd Crumb.
No indication has been given as to the fee GZW2K1 is paying Taylor for this one-off appearence.
