The following are the official requirements to be included into the Grand Slam Championship Club:
- At Least One World Heavyweight Championship reign
- At Least One Intercontinental Or United States Heavyweight Championship reign
- At Least One Regional Heavyweight or W.C.E.K. Television Championship reign
- At Least One World Tag Team Championship reign (in the event that tag titles are inactive, an Extreme Heavyweight reign may be used instead)
