Jim Ross being called in to the ring and told he was "fired" and then tipped his hat and walked out was an unplanned segment for Ross according to F4Wonline. They are reporting that the segment of John Laurinaitis "firing" Ross wasn't in the script. It has been said that JR's wife was sitting in the front row and could be seen getting very excited when her husband was getting in the ring and then had no idea that being "fired" was taking place on that night.
As he normally does, Ross has been answering questions with fans on Twitter and has stated that it was "embarrassing."
Regarding last night's show, it's said that what ended up airing was almost nowhere near what was originally wrote. Everything on last night's show was re-written more than once.

- While promoting the WWE 12 video game, Brock Lesnar spoke about a possible return to the WWE. Here is what he had to say…
"It would have to be under the right circumstances. I don't know if Mr. McMahon and I could come to the right circumstances. If it was good for me and good for him I think that we could do something. At the end of the day, my life, my character and my profession - I take them very seriously. At the end of the day, if it doesn't help me or my family out, and it doesn't make sense for me to do, then I don't do it. Everything would have to fall in the right place, but would I consider it? Absolutely."

Jon Robinson: There are so many guys in the WWE right now that you never had a chance to wrestle. If you could come back and wrestle any guy at Wrestlemania who you've never previously had a match with, who would it be? Brock Lesnar: Ironically it's probably the guy that walked out on me. The guy that took his ball and went home. A guy that I was supposed to face and I think that he was just plain downright scared to get in the ring with me because he was one of those guys that was on top and saw a huge threat in Brock Lesnar at the time. That's "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. I worked with everybody and anybody that was anybody there and if I came back, I think the guy that I would come back to fight is "Stone Cold" Steve Austin. espn.go.com/espn/thelife/videogames/blog/_/name/thegamer/id/7088494/brock-lesnar-talks-wwe-12-undertaker-possible-return-professional-wrestlingSteve Austin posted the following on his twitter: "So @dcbrocklesnar was talking trash about me...very interesting. Gonna finish my beverage and mull this one over...catch y'all tomorrow." "Trying to go to sleep..but this @dcbrocklesnar thing is winding me up a bit...relax....breath...relax...breathe....no use..to be continued.."

Contrary to WWE’s short-term booking as of late, WWE currently has plans in place for the next several pay-per-view events all the way up to the Royal Rumble and beyond.
Aside from the big Survivor Series main event that will see The Rock and John Cena teaming up, there will be a Scramble match involving Randy Orton, Mark Henry, Big Show, Sheamus, Christian and Kane.
For December’s Tables, Ladders and Chairs PPV, a TLC match between Mark Henry and the Big Show has been discussed.
As for the Royal Rumble, it’s said that WWE has already picked the winner – and the superstar is from the SmackDown brand. We heard several weeks ago that Randy Orton was favored to win the Rumble, but that has yet to be confirmed.
While the Royal Rumble winner typically gets a title shot at WrestleMania, WWE is planning to have the Royal Rumble winner win the World Heavyweight title prior to WretleMania (likely at Elimination Chamber) and then defend against Daniel Bryan at WrestleMania.
I just hope it isn't Orton who wins the Rumble...

Hope it's CM Punk, albeit obvious. Maybe even Sheamus. Dude's on quite the popularity roll lately.

F4Wonline is reporting that the talk backstage is that John Morrison will not be re-signing with WWE when his contract expires very soon.
The feeling is that both Morrison and WWE have had enough working together and are ready to move on without each other.

To begin the promotion for the Wrestlemania 28 ticket on-sale date on 11/5, WWE has launched an official website for the main event at CenavsRock.WWE.com.

- There was a survey issued to WWE fans today asking if they would change cable providers to gain access to the WWE Network that will launch next year.
The survey noted that the eight secondary PPVs would be featured on the network, but the four major ones (Royal Rumble, Wrestlemania, Survivor Series, Summerslam) would not be, which is different than the original rumored plans. However, many ideas are being suggested before closing in on what the network will turn into.
