This seemed the most sensible place to put it.
My question, a nice easy one to start us off back on the forum, is:
Which former WWE superstar has been involved in a total of 11 PWI Match of the Year Winners over the course of his WWE career, with two separate streaks of 4 in a row and then 7 in a row?

It can only be Shawn Michaels.
I never really appreciated him until he was gone. He had so many amazing matches.

Billy is right, however I still protest that Shawn Michaels vs. Mr. McMahon at WM22 should have never won match of the year in 2006

In WCW, which tag team held the Hardcore Championship between them?
AND... How did this happen?!

It was 3 Count, they defeated Brian Knobbs, and then the WcW allowed all three of them to defend the Championship, a rule in which they called the Freebird rule

Erm... well, I forgot about that. Hahaha. I was thinking of a different one, but you technically gave a correct answer. My one was the Mamalukes. Eric Bischoff won the title but didn't want it... so gave it to the Mamalukes. Your go.

Actually he gave it to Big Vito, not the entire Mamaluke group lol
Bruno Sammartino wrestled his last match at a 1987 House Show teaming with what wrestler against King Kong Bundy & One Man Gang?

I don't know much about that time, this is a complete guess.
Superstar Billy Graham?

Given the era my gut feeling is that it was Hogan

Actually he gave it to Big Vito, not the entire Mamaluke group lol Noo, he gave it to them both. Then they had a match for it and Big Vito won... then they split.

Jon is right, it was Hogan.
Billy, did he give it to them both, or did he just simply put both of them in a match and the winner was the Hardcore Champion?

At Wrestlemania X8 Maven arrived at the arena as Hardcore Champion and, after numerous changes of hands, left as the champion.
Who won it off of him, and who did he win it back from?

Spike Dudley pinned Maven during a match with Goldust, in which Spike was not actually officially involved. And then Maven won it from Christian by night's end. I know this because I was watching these segments just this week - researching something Globalverse related. Rico, according to Wikipedia (which I know is not 100% reliable), Bischoff gave it to both men and then Vito turned on Johnny the Bull and they had their match from there.

Damn, I was hoping that would last longer but yes, Billy is correct.
