Despite a willingness to go along with the script, "The God of Pain" Bane - who is renowned for exercising his creative control and picking and choosing his spots unlike many in the Globalverse before him - is reportedly miffed by his involvement in the upcoming tournament to crown the first ever Trouble Trax Heavyweight Champion.
Sources suggest that while Bane may be happy to partake in the tournament, he is being awkward with regards to which members of the Trouble Trax roster he is either willing or not willing to put over, citing that many of them do not have the longevity required in order to make a lasting impact within the Globalverse, and thus deserve a win over him.
Bane has reportedly been attempting to bury Carl Moore - his opponent in the opening round - while singing the praises of Stephon Davis.
No word yet on Bane's thoughts on his seventeen year-old son, Quarrie-Naughton Caprice's, place in the tournament.
